I leased two multi function printers nearly five years ago. Their sales guy came out last spring to get me into new equipment as the lease was set to end in fall. I found our corporate office says we must use their supplier and told the sales guy I would need to return mine at the end of the lease. I expected some sort of contact as the lease wrapped up (like car leases do); instead I contacted them and found I was five days late and was required to continue the lease an additional 3 months (I dont get the logic in that). I tried to learn more via their manager but was never called back. Poor service all the way around-
Your van driver needs some drivers training. I shouldn’t have to slam on the brakes so they can cut me off because their lane ends and they couldn’t get over like everyone else. A certain level of professionalism and courtesy is expected from the operator of a company vehicle.
A great company to work for. Great executive team and customer focused.
The equipment is not returnable. The fax system does not work with digital phone systems. Each time I asked to return or exchange the equipment the sent out a service representative. Xerox told me to talk to MOS and MOS told me to talk to Xerox. I am extremely unsatisfied with the equipment.
I am extremely disabppointed with the copier we have from MOS. It has all the bells and whistles but does not work for just plain copying
