The company does not support their customers when the franchisee does not deliver the services you are contracted for. The initial franchisee they partnered us with did the cleaning outlined but only did so on the scheduled day once. Not knowing if you would be coming into a cleaned medical office or not was not what we signed on for. This franchisee used product on our floor that striped the wax requiring a rewax (which they were all to eager to bid on). This prompted them to partner me with a new franchisee. This partnership began poorly. The partner was not able to communicate effectively nor were we able to communicate with them. They jumbled our two numbers for communication in their phone and they were texting someone who was not affiliated with our company. They did not have a voicemail setup on their phone and would not answer when we called. We found food debris left after cleanings, empty toilet paper rolls were left on the spindle and whole exam rooms were not cleaned. This is who they scheduled to rewax our floor. They rammed the machine into our office wall leaving a large dent, which they offered to pay to repair but never did. The last straw was when they charged us for a service day not performed. In dealing with Coverall regarding the issues they directed me to contact the franchisee who we could never reach. The only thing this company did right was to allow us to exit our year contract after 3 months.

We were very disappointed with our cleaning service from Coverall. Not only was the cleaning service poor, but communication was very bad. When we did report a problem, they just argued with us that they had done the cleaning. We came to it, that we would be able to clean better than they could. I would recommend using a different company for your cleaning needs.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a cleaning company. If you have businesses do not hire coverall!!! Your better off hiring within!!!!

I love coverall but the field supervisor Derek is a sneaky individual he acts as if he wants u to grow and he is with you but once u start

Coverall does not Cover All, terrible cleaning service. I clean my own office better than this company. All they do is change the garbage, thats it.

Our experience with this company was terrible. They basically sell franchises for the cleaning and stick the jobs on franchisees who have no idea what the job is or have any say in the price or details. Do a google search and look at the negative reviews of employees (franchisees) as well as the negative press regarding their business model & practices.This company is basically a pyramid scheme like Herbalife or Amway. Once we contacted them, one person came out to see our facility and quote the job. A second person came out the morning of the scheduled cleaning to go over the job. A third person came to do the actual cleaning, having never seen the facility or job details, and said theres no way I can do this in one appointment upon seeing the job requirements and expectations.They were very difficult to work with, communication was poor, as was the work. Find someone else for your cleaning needs.

If I can give no stars, I would. Coverall supposedly cleans our office and only takes out the garbage every night. I dont think they spend more than 5 minutes in our office for cleaning. Find another company
