Earlier this year, our organization had reviewed our options for an integrated CRM system and, based on research, chose ZOHO. That was fine until we had to install, setup, customize and implement the software. We were lost until ZOHO suggested a local company to help us make it happen. Aspen-Tech came on the scene and suddenly this project wasnt such a nightmare. Even during pandemic and lock down, the Aspen Tech team worked remotely to do an in-depth discovery, establish integrated/automated processes, and taught us how to use and continuously grow the systems uses The more we use the system, the better it gets. Were able to do our own creations and modifications and the Aspen-Tech team is always there to help us. We will be implementing phase II after the first of the year to integrate our finance software and move 100% into ZOHO. We are retaining Aspen-Tech for their continued help and support. These people really know their CRMs. As much as I value the power of Zoho, the application is just not that intuitive, unless you are an accomplished database user. AspenTech makes all the power of Zoho accessible and you can get one on one help very easily.

MEO has been work with ACT several years. Roughly two years ago we signed up with ACT cloud and it was a disaster with the old supporter of ACT cloud we were using. We unloaded on Maggie Styes with all our heart burns and what was promised from the other folks Maggie was promising the same things. I explained how we have had ACT mobile and has not worked the majority of the time. She asked be a few question and had me remove the App from the phone and load another App. It has been 4 months with no issues.
