I ended up getting the best bang for my buck by going with this insurance agency. My agent Julia took her time answering all of the questions I had for her. I am totally pleased with the price that was quoted over any of the other agencys I had quotes from.

Do not waste your time with this agent! They will not answer nor return your telephone calls no matter how many times you call. Our insurance was on the brink of being cancelled because they had the incorrect payment information and we tried to call several times to confirm that they had the right info on file as we noticed that payment wasnt being taken out of our account- but we could never get a hold of anyone or get a call back. We finally had to call the Farmers Insurance 800 number to get in touch with someone and that is when we found out that we were on the verge of being canceled. The professionalism is non-existent- I cant believe that this agent is still in business.

Do not do business with this agent! They market themselves as Farmers but really your insurance is through Bristol-West. I was signed up by Julia. She was working out of her home. I was quoted $169 per month for auto insurance. My first debit was for $170. Then the next debit was $173. Then the next debit was $181!!!! Each time I called I was told is was some kind of increase that couldnt be explained. Then she stated that I was initially signed up for a multi-policy discount. I didnt ask for one because my homeowners is through another company. I was insured it would be corrected and my price would be $170! I also never received my insurance certificates that Julia stated she forgot to mail. If you call the office, there never is an answer. After the last unauthorized debit I called Julia, and her number is disconnected. I am canceling this policy today!!!
