Purchased a tombstone from them about a month ago, I had some questions before I purchased it, and whoever runs their ebay page was very helpful and answered every question i had about the tombstone. Their products are also very well priced, and very high quality. I will not hesitate to buy products from this company again. Great customer service

This company is an absolute scam. They sold me a machine with a supposed new spindle put in it by them. After 300 hours of run time the spindle blew out. I had it repaired by the manufacturer of the machine and it blew out due to being done incorrectly by Tramar. They used 4 times the amount of grease that should have been used causing the bearings to have too much pressure, which resulted in the demise of the spindle. When Tramar was told about this they simply said too bad for you. Buyers beware or they will take advantage of you with no remorse on their end. I will repost this time and time again so that no one else is taken advantage of like i was. They are the classic company that will tell you anything to make a sale, and once they have the check good luck to you because they are laughing all the way to the bank.
