Very happy with the services Amistee provided. They phoned ahead and arrived on time. Derek, David, Melvin and Steve were all dressed professionally, covered their shoes, and wore masks at my request. Floors were protected with tarps and they took great care to manage the hoses in the house so they wouldnt mark the walls, furniture and moulding. The team leads, Derek and Melvin were very knowledgeable and answered my questions politely. I would recommend Amistee to anyone looking to clean and sanitize their HVAC system for a reasonable price.

The only negative issue I have is that I still haven’t received my before and after pictures for my ducts. The young man showed me the pictures but I have yet to receive a copy. Otherwise, very professional and from the pictures very thorough clean for my ducts. My family came home after the duct cleaning and remarked how clean the air smelled. I paid extra for the sanitizing and am not sure if it is worth it yet, but i like how fresh my home smells! Thanks Amistee!

Brandon and Jamonty were both punctual at the arrival window and extremely efficient and timely in completing our duct cleaning. They were both very friendly and professional. Brandon was very knowledgeable and took time to explain how the cleaning would occur, given our condo has an odd configuration and was not easy for them to access at first glance. They were able to complete the work, given our furnace setup is not ideal for their equipment. Our place already feels cleaner and they did a great job protecting my flooring/stairs/carpet—they ensure to cleanup and random debris. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend to others!

Really happy to have completed our first air duct and dryer vent cleaning with Amistee. We had just purchased our first home in March and knew prior owners had dogs and cats, plus the unknowing of prior maintenance on the house. Scheduling took 1-2 month waits but worth it. For +/-2800 sf 2 story home + basement Adrian and Tony arrived on time and completed the work within 2.5 hours. It was fun seeing the process and they took good care in laying down blankets and protecting the walls for their large tube. Another member arrived to give additional options for future sealant. We opted for the sanitization and it smelled like fruity pebbles right after service. Best part was Adrian and Tony getting out half a garbage bag of lint and debris from our dryer vent. It was something we had tried to tackle with an Amazon stick brush + drill attachment but had no luck. All access holes into our dusts were well plugged and sealed. Super happy with Amistee’s service and will look forward to getting on a yearly plan for dryer vent maintenance.

Great product---sales guy, Steve was great when he first came out. I had questions and emailed both him and company 3x and never could get a response...felt like i was sold, then dropped. unfortunate. Seems like the sales guy should respond to a $6k project. Very impressed with final result and I can already tell by the air distribution in home compared to before the service took place. Be advised, if they dont tell you . . . .they will take your furnace filter and not leave you a new one. If you have a brand new furnace and a/c unit under warranty, be careful where they cut out a big hole. They will not ask prior to cutting it. Could void warranty. They do not clean at all vents, just ductwork. Called to speak to a manager about concerns, still waiting for a call back. They are pricey, not worth it. First and last time I will use Amistee. Completely disappointed. Buyer beware!!!

Amistee Air Duct cleaning was amazing. The technicians (Alex B. and Sean M.) were professional, courteous, and did an amazing job. They were the best service I have every dealt with. After they were done I immediately noticed an improvement with my air quality. They also made sure my three cats were safe during the cleaning process. I highly recommend them over any other air duct cleaning service. They made sure job was completed and done to the best of their abilities.

Overall, ducts cleaning was very good and overall communication was good. I reduced 1 star for 2 reasons:1. One of the ducts came loose day after the cleaning and upon contacting, the communication did not go smooth. after a bunch of texts and a phone call, a crew member was sent over to fix the issue.2. There was a lot of debris left in my basement, especially sharp metal shavings from the duct holes. The crew member came over to clean.The crew member who came for second visit was very kind and went above and beyond to make up for the issue.Duct cleaning was very good quality and for a competitive price. Already feel difference in the air flow and quality.I would definitely recommend them.

Amistee was outstanding at working with us on our schedule, and cleaning and repairing of our duct work (25 years old). The team was very responsive, professional, and listened to our concerns. Even though it was somewhat expensive to do for two furnaces, we can certainly tell the difference in our air quality and temperature coming through the vents now. We had a 10 degree difference between floors and now that has been corrected. VERY happy we did it and would highly recommend Amistee!

Adrian S and Tony S did a great job cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent in my house. They were extremely courteous and mindful of wearing a mask per my request. I would have appreciated more tidying up after though - they left a bit of a mess in my basement. The office staff was very helpful in both setting the appointment and giving me a heads-up when Adrian and Tony were on their way.

The entire duct cleaning process was done professionally. I had Barry as the lead on both teams... at the first appointment, he immediately noticed that one of my cold air returns did not have access, so the job could not be done right. Id had my ducts cleaned by two other companies in the past, and they never told me that. So my job was rescheduled after I had the access cut. There was so much debris in that cold air return! You could hear it going through the hoses! Barry and his helpers laid down tarps, put pads on corners so paint wouldnt be scratched and wore booties. There were even careful of my garden. I recommend this company, they know what theyre doing and are a pleasure to work with.

I had Amistee come out to do the duct cleaning in a house we had just moved into. From the first phone call they were very professional and kind. They called the day before to remind me and then they called when they were on their way. The technicians Alex and Sean were very professional and took care to keep our house safe and protected from their hoses. They were very knowledgeable as well. The air in the house felt much cleaner as soon as they were done. I could not have been more pleased. Definitely worth what you pay! Yesterday I had the air ducts cleaned in my 1950s house, and the Amistee team of Kristopher W. and Barry S. did an excellent job. I set up the appointment by phone in advance, and the office staff were professional and efficient. I liked that the office emailed me further info with the final price after using a coupon, plus sent me appointment reminders by email and text. Then the office called me 45 minutes in advance of Kris and Barrys arrival. Kris and Barry did a great job of cleaning the air ducts, registers, and cold air returns. They said this was the first time for these to be cleaned in my house! They tidied up after themselves very well. The air quality seems better already.

Guys were polite, methodical and knew their jobs.Even put in ceiling air baffles that construction crew said werent needed.I bought them lunch for great job and arriving at exactly 8am.

Amistee came recommended to me by the HVAC technician who serviced my furnace and AC. They were professional and polite. They vacuumed a large mess that had been there for at least 25 yrs. It was disgusting. I hope that others use their service. That my family was breathing air that passed over that mess was bad news. They just neglected to reinstall the furnace filter when they were done. That wouldve earned a 6-star rating.

Great experience. The guys who came to our place (Kyle and James) were friendly, courteous, and patient. I was unprepared for their arrival and had to get my son ready for the day. They waited without question until we were ready to start. They then took appropriate precautions for COVID and to keep my house clean from their equipment. They wore masks the entire time, shoe protectors to prevent tracking dirt, and laid down protective tarps for the equipment down to the basement. The job was done efficiently, and Kyle took the time when they were done to explain to me some other ways to improve my heating and cooling system year-round. They couldve easily offered to do these for more money or kept it to themselves, but chose to give me information that was outside the scope of their job. I am happy with the service and the cost, and especially the professionalism of Kyle, James, and the staff manning the phones. I feel like my allergies are already starting to be less of an annoyance. I would recommend Amistee for air duct cleaning and will give them a call if I have any other jobs related to my ducts and heating/cooling.

Rob informed us of the sanitizing option while onsite. He provided information on the product, answered our questions, and offered a coupon but never pressured us to purchase. We did opt to add on the sanitizing as we just moved into our house and the ducts had never been cleaned. The entire project took longer than the estimated time window however, Im thankful they didnt rush through but instead took the time to do the job correctly. I received the follow-up email the same day which included before and after pictures of the ducts. Also, they did a great job sending appointment reminders and updating us on arrival times. Overall, a good experience.

We had Aeroseal installation done using Duct Armor. Tyler Findlay explained every step clearly. He and Dave worked well together. You couldn’t have a cleaner process when they were finished. The best part were the results of the duct sealing process: main furnace supply has 95% reduction in duct leakage throughout our house!

We hired Amistee to clean ducts, then apply AeroSeal internal duct sealing. 5 young men arrived bright and early as scheduled. These 5 20-somethings were awesome, polite, HARD WORKING, informative, of good nature and git right after it! They totally dispelled the belief that the youth of America is lazy.. These guys are excellent. The ducts were cleaned and sealed,, clean up was 100% perfect and the sealing results were amazing. If your home hvac isnt sealed youre wasting money and your house is dusty with imbalanced room temperatures!

I had been told I might need a complete dryer vent re-route by our home inspector when we moved in months ago, but Rob was honest that it wasnt bad and just needed a good cleaning. Its a sign that this is an honest company when they let you know that a cheaper option exists to solve the original problem you called about.Rob cleaned the dryer vent and also took the time to seal the vent with more tape to make sure airflow wasnt being lost (the sealing was done complimentary). My dryer was not working due to my vent being clogged. Amistee was the second company I called and not only did I save a few dollars by calling them, they came that day! The receptionist was so nice and helpful and was able to fit me in within the hour. When Rob came to help me, he was very professional and showed me the extent of how bad it was. There was also no mess for me to clean up! I would highly recommend!

The crew did a professional job. They covered the floors where their hoses came into the house and down the stairs. They were understanding about the 3 house cats. They thoroughly cleaned the inside of the furnace and changed the filter for us. They confirmed the time of their arrival and were here on time.

Long story short- we had a dead critter producing an awful smell in our air ducts. We had another company lined up to clean the ducts but when the appt time came, they cancelled on us. After calling several other companies, Amistee was fully booked but the dispatcher who answered the phone was still willing to help us in our urgent situation. Torrell and Isaiah arrived shortly and were professional and knowledgeable. Two hours later we had clean ducts and the smell was gone! We will definitely be calling Amistee again!
