New customer to the business, first and foremost these guys have exceptional customer service skills, they understand how important it is for contractors to have working equipment, and they stand behind their repairs and the equipment they sell. Dealt with the owner personally on a brand new saw that was having some problems, no questions asked he took the Saw back that was having issues, and gave me a new saw on the spot.
