Over charged, double charged, and then when you try to get a hold of them, they never get back to you. Not sure which is worse, their pool cleaners or their customer service. My pool is worse than it was before I switched to them.

I used Marin Pool Service since last year although they were very expensive. I switched to The Pool Gal, who is local, less money and has been taking care of my neighbor, a surgeons, pool for years. Pool Gal found black mold, and a total lack of chemicals. When I called the owner of Marin Pool, first he suggested Pool Gal lied, then that I should have known.
