Clean space, nice tables to fold laundry. Good selection of machines bases on the size of your laundy loads. Check the buttons on the machines before inserting your coins. We put in a couple of dollars into a non-operational dryer and no way to report to the owner.

Dryer didnt work, ate my quarters. Rather grungy, I wouldnt fold my clothes on the tables

It was interesting, when I arrived, I was the only one there. Got in and out without having to wait for a machine. Glad my time wasnt waisted.

On a long trip from out of town and was seeking a laundromat. This place does not deserve the low ratings. It was clean and quiet. I did not have any problems with the machines I used and my laundry came out clean and dry. Perfect.

A good no frill laundrymat, just get done.

Not many people, dryers are fast but wash is to damn expensive

11/2018❌The washer and Dryers are very out dated.They only have One Big washer machine that washes the most loads.🤷🏻‍♀️Most of the time I go to wash and Dry either the washer leaks or the dryer doesn’t get Hot and I find out after I’ve paid 🤮or the door to the Dyer will not close properly 🤦🏻‍♀️ or several Dryers have a📌(Out Of Service ) note on it.🚫The Washers and Dryers do Not accept 💳 Debit or Credit 💳 Cards so you have to get $5 $10 $15 or $20.00 worth of 💰Quarters so you have to carry them around with you 🤨You have to use Quarters 🤢They only have 4/5 🛒carts for your 👖clothes that are always taken and held until the individual is Finished washing Drying and Folded their clothes ✅Please ‼️ Update your Laundromatto make things Easier Faster and Convient . 11/17/2018 Thank you 🙏🏽

If youre in a bind and find yourself at a public wash its hard enough but when half of the machines have tags posted as broken and some of the others eat your money or dont work properly that even more frustrating.I think there are two coin laundromats in Novato and both are crummy.

Numerous broken machines, some were unlabeled. Money and time was wasted. They even changed out the Marvel vs Capcom arcade game for something that doesnt even work.

Tiny dirty and over priced - avoid this place if possible

*sign* came here because the Novato coin laundry was too busy to get a large load in the 3 load machine. Came here and first thing, the change machine short changed me $.50Then the 3 load machine accepted my money, but I opened the door to add a couple items. When I closed the door, the coin counter completely reset...so it cost me $12 TO DO A LARGE load of laundry. $12!!!Decided to try and play time crisis II while I waited... First quarter in doesnt register, so I put a couple coins in the left slot, yay it worked...but the damn gun doesnt shoot.3 strikes... Sad. I genuinely feel bad for people that must do their laundry here. :(

Nice place to wash cloths. 13 Quarter dollar coins requied for a wash and it costs a quarter dollar for 5.00 Min drying.

Terrible place to do Laundry, not only the machines are always broken but When you request your money back a woman calls you from a private number and gets nasty at you and does not listen to her clientele. Yes Machine number 25 ladyI spent 6 something dollars on your machine and had to do it all over again! My time my money! I requested 12 dollars because I didn’t it twice!Not $25 dollars like you are implying. Your response of I shouldn’t do my laundry there if I don’t like it is of a very poor business woman. believe me when I say you can keep my money! I think you need it more then I do! Karma will catch up to you.
