LEAST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! They will leave your job unfinished and try and charge you thousands of dollars fo uncontracted work. When you try and contact the foreman of the job, in this case, Michael, he will completely ignore you. I left multiple messages at their office for him, on his phone and with other employees. They had another foreman who was running the job at my house who quit Mid job and left a giant mess. 2.5 months later, the job is unfinished, they left their equipment at my house and have still not picked it up. Allied is refusing to finish the job because we refuse to pay the $8000 ransom they tried to charge us which we have no obligation to pay. Keep in mind they are doing this all to a church (the client) Unresponsive when we tried to come to terms with them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GET WORK DONE FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. Very SNAKEY business. I would never trust them to come into my home again. If you want a job done right GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY. To add, Michael finally called back once I told the office person if they did not get their supplies I was going to get rid of them. Michael said If you get rid of my equipment youll pay, I know where you live. Real professional, this guy knows how to really create a problem for himself and his company.

I feel very fortunate that I called Allied for water remediation at my house. They were on site within a very short time (within 1/2 hour) and quickly minimized any further water penetration or expansion. They immediately placed a dehumidifier and fans everywhere. Every worker that came through (it is a process) was very nice and worked very efficiently even past regular business hours to get the job done. The owner (Michael) is a local guy who cares about his customers. He was in constant contact, visited the site several times, and was thoughtful in following up after the work was done. A week later and all is well. Definitely would recommend without hesitation.

I paid them 161 for a written estimated i never got. The guy said my job would be 10 to 20 thousand to fix a wall in my garage. I ended up getting it done for 3. Endless you have really good insurance and a lot of patients Id recommend someone else.

I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. From the office manager, Misty to Ivan R. the technician were incredibly rude. Ivan was the tech assigned to come to my fathers mobile home. Ivan was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and a complete jerk. He stated that because my dads house is a mobile home it would be difficult for ANYONE to repair. He said that he didnt know ANYONE who would fix those types (meaning mobile homes) of home. He then continued to say that if this were an ACTUAL house it would be much easier to fix. He came in to figure out what the problem was and he didnt even want to go underneath the house (where the problem is) to complete his inspection. The only reason why he crawled under the house was because his partner insisted. His partner explained to my dad that Ivan is a very negative person and that he was more than welcome to call and speak with the office manager. The next day I called and spoke with Misty, the office manager, and she was equally rude. I tried to explain the situation and yes, she listened but did nothing about it. She raised her voice at me after voicing my concerns, made me feel ignored and confused. I then asked her what the address to her office was because I wanted to come in and speak with the owner about this awful experience and her answer to me was you do not need that information (meaning the address) she then continued to very aggressively say that if I needed any information I would need to talk to Allstate and then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I encourage upper management/ owners to listen to all conversations recorded so they know what type of customer service their employees are providing to customers.Ivan was sent to my dads house because my father requested a Spanish speaker- so to all the Spanish speakers out there make sure this person isnt sent to your house unless you live in a fancy non-mobile home type of house. You are better off having an interpreter instead of this person. I would still like to be contacted by an owner or another manager because I believe nobody should get paid for this type of service and nobody should come in to your house and make you feel like your house is a piece of ****.

Michael and the Allied team came though after our pipes burst in our laundry room flooding the whole living room. We were on a tight schedule and they managed to get out the next day for an evaluation and started that same week. I would highly recommend them for all types of restoration work. Great job guys :)

While very responsive this company overcharged by 250% what an insurer would approve and used a contract which double chsrges for many items. They refuse to justify their bills saying they have no obligation to justify what they do Before they reduced it in half they billed over $13000 fir 6 hours claimed work and in the end still billed over 1000 per hour for a simple extraction if noncontaminated rainwater They Apparently think an emergency justices any charge Whule nice in manner their business practices are unwholesome no one should sign their contracts even under pressure

I had a terrible experience with this company, my house was damaged with the fires in Petaluma 2 years ago and they didnt even finished the job, they didnt do the fence, didnt replace the damage windows, installed the lights fixtures and the storage is leaking. Now they dont respond my calls or messages. They should not be in business!!
