Art and his crew did an excellent work. I am writing this five months after the job was completed, and we are still very happy with all aspects of the finished project. Art was very responsible and responsive, and he was communicative. They showed up when they said they would and they did what they said they would do, and they did it well. We were pleased with them from start to finish. Very reasonably priced. Worked well with us, from easy discussions on the planning to modifications during the build-out. They took an unfinished cinder-block shell and turned it into a part of our home that is livable, functional, and beautiful, including a new rec room, laundry, in-law suite with kitchenette and bathroom, and bedroom, with all-new plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, walls, and more. The performed high quality work that has withstood the test of time. It was one of the best contractor experiences and I would unreservedly recommend or rehire AAA Construction & Design again.

We had a great experience with AAA Construction & Design. We start with getting four estimate and decided to work with Andrey, because of his vision of our kitchen and his experience/knowledge. AAA Construction started our project 1 weeks after the final measurement and took 2 weeks to completed. Andrey was in our home almost every day to inform us about the work schedule and timeline. It was excellent! They were very clean throughout the job. Also had a good sense of style. Everything was completed exactly the way that I wanted, and the price was extremely fair. Initially they were only set to do my bathroom, but they did such a good job that I also gave them the task to build the overhang as well. The workers are also EXTREMELY trustworthy. I had left them at my house from time to time unsupervised, but everything was perfect.

Andrey is very particular about his work, using only skilled crew, and paying attention to the most minor details! When the marble slab we had ordered showed up with dents and scratches, he refused to accept the material. Had he not been paying attention, he couldve allowed the installers to install a substandard counter-top in our showpiece kitchen, which wouldve been a disaster. He is very embodied and keeps the job site extremely neat. He completed the project in a timely manner, while paying attention to our budget constraints. We are very pleased with the results.

The work team showed up promptly on Monday morning and set about to do the demolition work. The crew that did most of the work was Andrey and Art who were pleasant, professional, and extremely considerate. AAA Construction & Design team has completely remodel 2,000 sq ft. condo!!! These guys are totally awesome. The cost was very competitive. They are right on schedule. The quality of the work has been impeccable and to the highest standards. I am a very hands-on type person. The guys worked closely with me, solicited my input on every important decision. Workmanship is great, and we love our new kitchen! Everyone was friendly and seemed to be genuinely intent on doing a good job. Andrey helped with the design of the kitchen to begin with and showed us on paper what knocking out part of the wall and adding a small bar area would look like. It was hard to visualize, but it turned out great. Art, our project manager, was very attentive to the project and did a good job communicating. AAA Construction & Design, Inc remodel entire second floor of our condo including complete bathroom remodel, new LVT floor, stairs and baseboards. All new doors, new closets floating all walls and ceilings. My Wife and I were fortunate to hire AAA Construction. Art and his crew showed up every day at 9 AM sharp and exceeded our expectations for every aspect of the project. Art inspected the job-site everyday and was available by phone at all times. Art and team did a great job with our cabinets. They did a fantastic job that was so quick for a great price. They installed our cabinets in 1 day, which was wonderful. We did have to wait a week for the countertops (from a different company), but finishing the cabinets that fast gave us a pretty functional kitchen that made the wait manageable. I would recommend Art and team definitely!
