We operate a PC-12 into DVO quite often. Rick is always helpful and makes each ‘turn’ a smoother experience. Last night Dash and Rick saw that we were arriving late from Jackson Hole, I had forgotten to call ahead to give them a heads up on that, and they stayed providing timely service and fuel without being asked! I had to stop by Gnoss to pick up a friend and then later drop him back off. Clay was incredibly welcoming and opened up his facilities to me (offered cold bottle of water, bathroom and other services) gratis even though I was just passing through and didnt buy gas. Really appreciate Clay extending himself to make me feel welcome.

Just visited CB SkyShare dropping off a CalDART charity load of 470 face shields for EAH Housing in Marin County. CB SkyShare heard I would be late and kept a lineman out past closing time to marshall me in to parking and make sure all my needs were attended to. What great service!
