Started with a few emails with no call back. Thought I had the information wrong so I called. The guy at the retail spot says Oh Yeah I Remember Seeing Your Emails. So me and my GF go in and get a quote. What I notice right away is dude looks me up and down and starts asking me financial questions right away. Maybe it was my tattoo sleeves, I dont know, but I felt judged by my appearance immediately. Im American *Latino* and my GF is American *Japanese*. Anyway the installer was really cool and awesome and super knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I was looking for. The retailer on the other hand gave a ton more financial questions; BTW, I work in Silicon Valley as a data center manager, and when I thought we had a deal....I Never Get A Call Back. I thought maybe it was me so I gave him the benefit of the doubt, I had called a few more times to confirm the appointment, with no response. My GF called instead one time and she got through and retail guy says Oh Yeah I Been Trying To Reach Him. So I call right then...No Answer, No Response. Thats when it hit me....He was ignoring or had blocked my call. I wish I could give Just Him Negative Stars. Dont waste your time if you arent driving there in a Lambo. Regular people dont get good treatment there.

The guy is nice and seems to know what he is talking about. I will know more when I get my car back with my new stereo installed.I have since got my car back, though it took two weeks instead of one as we were quoted, I am very impressed with the detail in his job that he puts forth. He installed Sirius xm, which he had to cut a piece out of the dash and when he was done it looks factory. He also put in a 10 inch woofer not only does it look factory but he included a little emblem for my husband that was not part of the install. Right next to the woofer he added the Airforce emblem, my husband is Airforce retired. I think that was his little tribute to my husband and I think it is GREAT! This guy did an amazing job and it only took him longer because of the weather, he had to dry fiberglass and it wouldnt dry very quickly. If you want a great stereo installed for a fair price go see this guy.

I’ve been calling over and over again, nobody will answer the phone! I’m just trying to find out how much they would charge for a simple diagnosis.

He did a great job upgrading my car system. Very clean job - it looks seamless as though my old car was actually meant to have a touch screen in it.

Brian is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and reasonable.
