When our furnace stopped working this week, Anna was able to get one of her techs onsite to address and fix the issue right away.Ryan B came over and took about 30 minutes to replace a part (under warranty) and get things up and running again. Thanks to the team. I”ve been a happy customer for about 8 years now since they installed a new furnace and water heater for me.

If we could give Kelly 10 stars for our new furnace and duct work, we would. They are extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I needed to replace the heating system on my townhouse while out of the country. Kelly provided first-rate service. I would recommend Kelly highly. A couple of highlights:1) Kelly provides a thorough assessment of the situation and all options. They took the time to explain each alternative approach in detail—pros and cons as well as price.2) Highly professional job—they applied for all the necessary permits and informed me about my responsibility to get a review of the work. They were clean, efficient and on time.3) When my bank transferred the downpayment for the work to the wrong address, they went ahead and did the job on time. That saved a big delay—I really appreciated their trust.4) Friendly, competent and long years of experience. A great combination.

I have to admit that seeing 5 star review after 5 star review will often make me suspicious. Thus when we had to pay up front for a person to check over our unit, my suspicion was even higher. However, Ryan was a consummate professional. He found the problem almost immediately (apparently a capacitor needed replacement), he had one in his truck, replaced it equally fast, and all in all did it for a modest fee. I almost never give 5 star reviews, but Ryan and Kelly Plumbing and Heating deserve it.

We had a great experience with Ryan. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace right away and where other companies took days to source the part, Kelly Heating had it located within 24 hours. Once part was received it was installed within 30 minutes and the furnace was running great again. Ryan was on time, polite and competent....we couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Ive used Kelly Plumbing and Heating a couple of times now.In fact, I am now a member on their maintenance agreement. Ryan Bishop came to our house on October 16, 2015 to repair a wall gas heater. He had been here previously, and provided the same high quality of service, as on his prior visit. He explained the problem completely, and efficiently performed the repair. He is very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Our furnace stopped working on New Years Eve and we spent the next four nights in a very cold house. I wasnt willing to contact another company because it was a long holiday weekend, so I left a message with Kelly Plumbing & Heating. On Tuesday morning Anna called me to schedule service. Ryan arrived within three hours after that call. Within a few minutes he knew exactly what repair was needed and had the part in his van. Even though it was his first day back to work and cold (for San Rafael), he was cheerful and took time to explain what he was doing. He also encouraged us to have an annual furnace inspection. We readily accepted that suggestion considering our age and health. No more cold nights!

Absolutely panicked when my heater went out during records lows. I called Kelly Plumbing and Heating at 7:30pm and they had a technician out to my home first thing the next morning. I had to be at work but, their tech, Ryan, called me as soon as he arrived and again after he had diagnosed the problem, which was a simple fix. Came home after work to a warm and toasty house. We were looking for a Trane HVAC specialist in Sonoma County and we were unable to find one. We contacted Trane for the nearest one and they gave us the contact info for Kelly Plumbing and Heating in Novato. We were so pleased with their work from beginning to end. Before starting this project, we had already confirmed that our 10-year old Trane furnace was still in top condition and so we had already decided we didn’t need to replace it. But we did need to replace all of our ductwork, purchase an air filter system and a new air conditioner. Our house presented some challenges – we wanted to have a dual-controlled system so that our 2nd floor would be controlled separately from our 1st floor and we had space limitations in the garage where the furnace was located. Kevin from Kelly Plumbing & Heating came out and did a thorough assessment of our house and then went back to his shop to do his computations. Most people don’t understand how important it is to have just the right air flow so that your AC & furnace are working efficiently --in a way that is both cost effective and in a way that doesn’t cause damage to your furnace, air conditioner and ductwork. Kevin came up with a well-documented solution within 48 hours. He presented us with a very detailed quote that gave us the ability to both understand exactly what we would be purchasing and it gave us the ability to control our costs. Then, during the installation, all the technicians (Kevin, Ryan, Mario, Eric, Gabe & Mikah) worked hard at getting everything done just right and took care to maintain order and tidiness in the house itself. After the job was complete, both Ryan and Kevin followed up several times to make sure everything was working as it should. The results have been terrific – less dust in the house and a nice reduction in our PG&E bill. When the times comes, we plan to call them for our plumbing needs as well.
