They did a fantastic job resizing my wedding bands, they are even more beautiful than when they were given to me 21 years ago. A few weeks ago I bought a gold Star of David charm at your store. I had to order it out of a catalogue. I forgot who helped me, But she was awesome. Donna called me & told me the item was in & they soldered the link right on the spot so I would not have to come back from Newton again. Thats excellent service & I will be back again.

I recently got my beautiful ring as a birthday present from my mom. Now normally people would say, wow, what a great present to get on your birthday, but this ring means so much more to me. My mom got her engagement rings from Keegans. She wanted to give us something out of them, so she sold them and got store credit so me and my sister could both get something out of this. This ring is a symbol of her love for both me and my sister. It is something I will cherish forever.

My husband, daughter and I brought quite a few pieces of jewelry to Keegan’s to be fixed, Some were my Mother’s pieces that had not had settings or prongs checked in years and also needed to be appraised. Donna took amazing care of us and spent a lot time going over things and giving us options on things we wanted. Sean spent time appraising each item we brought (and there were several). We initially had a great experience with Donna. She was thoughtful, kind, and took her time with us picking out wedding bands. We chose Keegan’s because it is a small, family owned business. We saw all the great reviews and thought this is a great place. Unfortunately our great initial experience with Donna ended there.Donna said numerous times while making our decision we would get better pricing or she will do something when we came back to pick up our rings after being sized. We came back about a week later to pick up rings to find we were not getting a better price. Expectations were very clear and we spent a lot so we expected something. We did research and found similar rings much cheaper. The rings are very nice but felt they were overpriced and we expected our final payment to reflect a better deal.The owner who is brutal to work with stated the price of gold has gone up and we are selling things at a loss right now. That did not make sense but okay. He continued lecturing on why pricing is the way it is and did not budge at all. We explained that Donna who sold us the rings said we would get a better price when we came back. Also my fiancé’s ring did not fit and he said he would waive the $25 resizing fee. Such a big help!We then came back today to pick up my fiancé’s ring and the engraving was completely illegible. It looked scratched and was not clear at all. He said it was clear and that he looks at rings all day and can clearly see it. Myself and my fiancé could not read it all. I have no eye sight issues. Instead of agreeing or saying I am sorry we were told we are the first people to complain about this.He removed the engraving and then continued to talk about pricing. When you are in a business where you deal with customers you need to be sympathetic and understanding. Especially when you are spending thousands of dollars. He did not try and get us a better price and made us feel that we were in the wrong. As we left he said pricing on gold went down a lot this week. So if went down in pricing why did you not help us out. Sometimes taking a loss with one customer or being more understanding make a world of difference.We truly regret picking Keegan’s and I have not seen my fiancé that upset in a long time. We could have went to countless other places to pick rings for our big day but we chose here.The owner overall ruined the experience. This should not have been an upsetting experience but it was.

I came in on Christmas Eve asking for some specific needs for an engagement ring after another company failed to deliver on my order.Despite having next to no time, the staff at Keegans were able to deliver a truly amazing engagement ring within an hour or two. It is absolutely stunning and my fiancée loves it. They far exceeded my expectations and pulled off something that I honestly believe very few, if any, jewellers could have.After the proposal, they stayed nearly an hour late to get the ring sized perfectly so my fiancée wouldnt have to go without it for a night.I would highly recommend Keegans to anyone. They deliver a high quality product at a great price and their customer service goes far above and beyond.

Very disappointing. Dropped off a watch to be fixed and didnt hear anything back until a week later. Owner said it was going to take a little longer because they were busy. Called back a week after that to find out it was just getting looked at and it will take a little longer. Few days later the owner says it needs a certain bonding agent to get it back together, I say OK, no problem. Get a call last week, to say its ready! Go today (a week after they called) to pick it up to find out they couldnt fix it. Very disappointing. I wont be going back.

Went to Keegans to get an engagement ring for my girlfriend. They were informative and, perhaps most importantly, authentic. I felt I could ask real questions and get answers without a hidden agenda. The store has a great selection, but they also can help you get pretty much anything you want.As for the ring, I was beyond satisfied. The setting was beautiful, and I thought I got the best possible item for my budget ($3.5K).

Keegans did a wonderful job repairing an antique ring I brought in with a missing stone. I thought it was beyond repair and they adjusted the setting, secured the stones and cleaned it up to look better than new. Their customer service was terrific. I highly recommend their services!

I had the greatest experience working with Keegan’s Jewelers. The quality and workmanship is top notch. I fell in love with an engagement setting and then a diamond from a different jeweler that was not the right shape for the setting. I knew exactly what I wanted. I brought the whole mess to Keegan’s. They redesigned the setting, ordered a new crown, set the stone and sized it down. All of it was completed on time! The staff is friendly but not overbearing. They understood my vision and didn’t try to change my mind. The inventory is as high end as Boston without the commute or the prices. The staff remembers you.I recommend them for everything.

I had special ring that my wife liked, for our anniversary, but diamond start to fall out due that ring was down size by two-three sizes when we bought.Other jeweler store, that i went for years, turn me down after two weeks keeping my ring. They said it not-fixable and advise to return back ... to store .. on Caribbean.Keegans did impossible.!!! They fixed!
