Front desk staff are extremely professional, friendly and courteous! They took their time to explain the COVID protocols and ways they will still be able to accommodate room service, new linens, etc. Our room was perfectly clean and sanitized. We went down to the restaurant located in the hotel. Food and atmosphere was fantastic! This is our second time staying at this location. Enjoyed our stay!

This place is fantastic. Me and my wife have been staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Norwood since may on an assignment. The holiday Inn is good but the Sheraton is great. I originally wrote a bad review about this hotel but it was an accident. I was supposed to be writing a review on a restaurant I visited earlier that day Im Miami Florida before flying to Boston and checking in to the Sheraton. The level clean seemed to be unmatched. Weve stayed at quite a few hotel but the Marriott always seems to impress me over other brands. Sorry about my previous review it was not meant for this hotel at all.

I was invited to a wedding and had a fantastic experience! The room was extremely neat and the staff was very polite. The Tiffany Ballroom is huge and vibrant. The hotel in all was vastly spacious and luxurious. Attached is two restaurants Zacharias and OneBistro were excellent and their staffs were also friendly and efficient. I also want to give a shout out to the bridal party and the Bride and Groom Mr and Mrs. Hunt. Amazing experience nonetheless.

Booked a brunch at Tiffany Ballroom and was very happy with how easy and quick they were able to accommodate the group at such a short notice. They also managed to make changes to the menu to include food that met religious restrictions. It was really an amazing experience to work with Mindy and Jayme and looking forward to booking future events with them.

The staff were amazing, they went out of their way to make the stay a very pleasant experience. We were very comfortable staying here. Again the staff were courteous and friendly, they have set the bar very high for other hotels in the area to follow.

Got in this morning at 2am and Im here for a work trip. Pretty impressed. At this point Ive been traveling for my company for a bit so I have a point of reference. These guys here have a nice thing going.Great staff. Clean room. Internet is not too bad at all. First time I get an internet connection with a good upload speed where you dont have to pay for the premium internet. Base internet is more than enough.Making my job and stay a lot easier.Bummed out that breakfast is not included for everyone though. Oh well.

Positive: I really didn¿t like this hotel. The staff was rude and I don¿t think I¿ll stay here again.. I¿ve stayed at this hotel about a dozen time over the years.. and this I think was my last¿ Negative: I didn¿t like that I came back to my room after the 1st night and my room wasn¿t clean. I called the front desk and they said they don¿t clean rooms due to COVID.. I can understand that ¿ but I feel they should inform you at check in..

Recently had a large wedding there, had 150 invited but was charged for 175. Also major delays in the dinner of over an hour. To top it off, after spending so much money, you’d expect them to be willing to hold the bride’s bag at the front desk for an hour until someone could pick it up but they used COVID as an excuse of course.

Dated rooms and decor in rooms but otherwise a nice place to stay and conveniently located near train.

This is a well run Hotel. During these difficult times staff is always available and helpful. There has been no visible reduction in service even though the hotel is not as busy right now. The same goes for One Bistro which is a terrifc restaurant attached to the hotel. I travel quite often in the NE area and will be sure to always stay at this hotel. The surrounding area has everything you might need.

Located in an unusual location just off Rye. 1 in Norwood, this hotel offers many positive experiences. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The on site restaurant, Bistro One, is not to be missed; especially their early bird specials. I highly recommend this particular Sheraton.

This was our first time staying at a Sheraton. We were there for a wedding. Having worked in the hotel industry for over four years I’m especially selective about where I stay and tend to notice details the average traveler might not pick up on. The room was spotless which is key to a relaxing stay and I can’t say enough about how comfortable the bed was; heaven! The 24 hour fitness center located by the pool has everything you need. I also liked the courtyard and nature trail just outside the indoor pool. Walking distance to a supermarket and off site restaurants but the hotel offers a courtesy shuttle if you don’t want to walk. The on-site wedding ran very smoothly and the food served at the cocktail hour might be the best wedding food I’ve ever eaten. Abundant platters of fresh grilled veggies, humus, fresh! cheeses, taboule that everyone was complimenting and perfectly bite sized crab cakes and stuffed mushroom caps. Yum!Amazing time. Great staff. Beautiful hotel.

I am rating this Hotel, restaurants, & conference center five stars because it absolutely deserves it. Clean hotel rooms, meeting/executive boardroom, and nicest and cleanest restrooms I have ever seen. Also have a pool with hot tub, fitness center and excellent space for lounging business or casual. The level of professionalism they secrete daily makes the Four Points by Sheraton, ALL business, ALL the time.

I went to The Real Estate Appraiser Expo. They have it here every year. Great Buffet, food, clear away service, dining area, clean restrooms. My cousin had her Wedding Reception here. We love the outdoor patio area. No doubt Ill be here for at least one event before the next year is out! Plenty of parking, and friendly staff.

A great location thats close to a lot of nice restaurants, dealerships and things to do. The highway is nearby and Boston is a short drive away. As far as my room goes, it was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was also friendly, which added to an already great stay.

I was surprised by how good the food and service was here. If your looking for a place to go and you want to go someplace new, try this place. Worth it. At night mostly adults dressed nicer than casual. There were families there so they are welcomed but there were couples there on a date night.

What a great hotel. Not only did we stay there but we had our 50th class reunion there. The food was outstanding. Service was impeccable. The Staff outstanding. Our hotel room was large, comfortable and quiet. I am handicapped. The beds were awesome. I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and happy. There is only one other hotel I liked better and that was the Ritz Carlton in Lisbon, Portugal. The Room at the Ritz had a better view.

This was my first time staying at a Four Points Sheraton and it was great. My room was very clean, I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness at a hotel and this hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was very helpful and pleasant and the bed was so comfortable! It was very close to everything and my room was perfect, with plenty of space and it was nice and quiet. I had a king room with a balcony which was nice to step outside on in the morning and have my coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

I went there for a 3 day business convention. My room was clean, spacious, and well air conditioned .5 stars.The complimentary breakfast was lacking substance and consistency.3 starsThe service staff was not only friendly but outgoing and knowledgeable about the local scene.The food at the Bistro was outstanding and have returned 4 more times to eat there. The seafood chowder was exceptional and the steaks dinners were prepared beyond our expectations .

Recently, our Toastmasters District conducted a three day conference at the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood, Massachusetts. From the start, the experience was wonderful. Check-in was professional and quickly done. I was asked if I wanted a high or low floor. The room was wonderful. The king sized bed was comfortable, the tv was great, the room pleasant and clean, and nice amenities such as coffee and a mini fridge. The staff were all pleasant and most helpful. I was quite pleased with my stay!

We have been at the Four Points in Norwood for a couple visits dealing with a death in the family. Our room was serviced every day in the best possible way. The Four Points is outstanding! My sisters wedding reception was in the Tiffany ballroom. All staff worked to ensure the event went smoothly from cocktail hour to the final dance at midnight. They were prompt and accommodated to dietary needs and provided me a space as a nursing mom. The hotel was very well maintained from hallways to rooms to the pool. Excellent experience and highly recommend!

Great housekeeping. First time ever housekeeping noticed a problem in my room, notified maintenance, maintenance arrived in room to fix it, before I mentioned to front desk! Room was comfortable and quiet. Nice fitness room and pool for workout.

What more can you ask for? The Four Point in Norwood is a great hotel for business or a quick family vacation to the Boston area. Although main street Boston is a half hour or so away, I would stay here every time to get away from the hustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing stay.The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, when needed. The food at the restaurants was top notch and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Attended an event here Saturday night in one of the large ballrooms. This place sits off Route 1/Auto Mile and is your typical Sheraton hotel, however this location includes a sprawling conference center of ballrooms for events and weddings. Event rooms are quite large but look a bit dated with older decor. From the rugs the draperies to the light fixtures, this place looks like it stepped out of the early 90s. Even the staff uniforms look like the eighties. Walking the entire hotel from end to end, the Tiffany Ballroom area is spacious but the lobby and restaurant area in front is a cramped mess, all clumped together. Looks like the place had serious design problem, placing the One Bistro on top of a crowded lobby and another private dining room. If the lobby gets too crowded, the area gets congested and looks shabby. Surprised at this set up as it looks very odd. Not sure if the rest of the hotel is set up this way but if it is, seems like the design is lacking.

Weve had clients stay here on numerous occasions and theyre always happy with their stay. The on-site restaurant is top-notch, which means that we dont have to leave the property when were renting our conference rooms.

Spent two nights at this hotel for a work event and was very impressed. The hotel was clean and well furnished. Staff was warm and friendly. Room was nicely furnished, impeccably clean and spacious. I had breakfast and lunch twice during my stay and food was excellent.

The hotel is fantastic in almost every way. It is so clean, up to date, and quiet. It has a nice place to eat and plenty of room in each room. The only imperfection is the fitness room (needs to have a little more).

Attended a wedding there and also stayed two days.The way Four Points handled the wedding was excellent. Everything was smooth timing and the food hot and delicious. The appetizers were constantly flowing while we waited for dinner seating. The 4 Points gentleman in charge was very visible making sure everything ran smooth.I have never been more impressed than with my experience there. The rooms were excellent. There were various sizes with ours small but cozy. The amenities were abundant with even makeup removal. The ladies cleaning the rooms were gracious willing to met needs if anything was amiss. I believe there were 3 events going on and we never knew. All ran smoothly, what can I say.

The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I was able to watch whatever I wanted on the TV with Netflix. The dinner was amazing in the One Bistro restaurant. Breakfast Buffet was very good and fresh. I went there for a business event where we ate there and the catered food was delicious and had a great variety. I cant wait for the next company event there.

Clean facility. Very comfortable beds. Very nice shower. Best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel I’ve ever visited. Good location. Friendly staff. Window view wasn’t much to desire but I didn’t go for the window scenery. Close to Gillette stadium and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Not far from Logan Airport either.

We stayed for one night to attend the Rolling Stones concert at Gillette Stadium. We drove to the concert, which ended at 11pm. We were back at the hotel by 11:42!Although we booked at the last minute, we were checked into a clean and updated room with dual pull-down window shades (light filterining and room darkening). The King bed, with quality linens, was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was robust, and the room was quiet. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom, which had an enclosed walk-in shower. There was a coffee pot in the room, as well as free coffee in the lobby. The room also had a refrigerator, safe and smart TV. Overall, we were very pleased that we chose the Four Points Sheraton Norwood and would definitely stay there again.

The place was full, customers of all ages, looked pleased to be there having a good time.Two ambient: inside, elegant tables clean place; outside, terrace, also romantic...The food was so good. The server was so kind and professional.

My stay was great. Dinner at One Bistro was so delicious! I found they have a pool and a gym which I will utilize next year. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. Lots to choose from. The shuttle service is fantastic. Picked us up at the Amtrak station, took us to our office and then back to the hotel in the evening. Meeting in the hotel next morning was very nice. Lots of accommodations, great lunch and then shuttle back to Amtrak later in the afternoon. Very pleasant all around.

Stayed overnight due to the late night Patriots game. Great location near the stadium. Easy in and out to the game. Facility was very clean and attractive. Usually hesitant to eat at hotel restaurants due to poor quality and service in the past but One Bistro was exceptional in terms of value for the dollar and quality of the food served. What made the whole experience tops was the front desk staff who were fun and accommodating. They just were the best I have encountered in many stays over the years. Top notch. Cant say enough about how wonderful everyone there made our stay.

My favorite home away from home. I got at lease twice a year. They just recently remodeled all the room, that was a great surprise this last visit. I love the pool and jacuzzi area, its like being on a vacation in Miami. They have palm trees and that soft pale peach color which gives me that feeling. Great service when you walk in until you check out. Thanks Four Points see you again real soon.

A wonderful hotel for business or pleasure. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is most helpful. I needed a wheelchair because of a bad knee and they had one up to my room in minutes. Food is wonderful here as well. The Four Points by Sheraton hosted a Toastmasters Conference for us and were quite accommodating. You will get a comfortable bed, large screen tv, a mini fridge, and friendly service at the Four Points.

I’m on my 3rd day of a five day stay, and must say I am very impressed. Although I am here for pleasure this time, I am a frequent business traveler and pretty critical after staying in so many hotels across the states. The staff is excellent, from Debbie at Z’s restaurant in the morning to John working the night shift, they have all been great. The food is good also, what up with that? Great job four points!

First time I have stayed at Four Points. I was impressed with overall service and the room. Breakfast buffet was excellent and reasonable for the price. Only complaint was the bathroom; it was too small and did not like its layout. Overall would stay here again. Price was reasonable.

My cousin had his engagement brunch here. The function hall we were in was beautiful. The food was wonderful, and the serving staff amazing. They were very attentive to making sure there was enough food being served, and changing the dishes before they were empty. There were two omelette chefs, and a small bar. The staff here was great with the group of small children we were with, allowing them to play and run around in the hallway.

Clean and extremely polite employees. The Bistro food was amazing and affordable. The breakfast buffet was extravagant to say the least WELL worth the 15.99 per adult and 8.99 for our 9 year old. We will DEFINITELY return next year! I cant say enough good things about this establishment.

Solid hotel in the South shore. Great pool, good fitness area, wifi throughout the hotel. They do many events on site but weve never had an issue with noise overnight. The staff is very friendly.Breakfast in the morning at zacariahs has an expansive buffet options, including cereal, bagels, toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, and oatmeal. They have an omelet station and will make fresh pressed juice. Theres an incredibly sweet person, May, who helps run the buffet. When I came in with laryngitis, she made a wonderful pot of honey green tea with lemon. Thank you May!

I grew up nearby and never remembered any great hotels in the vicinity... well let me tell you, Four Points Norwood was flawless! I was traveling from Wednesday through Monday with my 2-year-old and asked for a room either near the elevator or in a corner as not to disturb other guests if he was loud, and they gave me a great corner room so we only had one neighbor to bother. ;) Our room was spacious and immaculate - the housekeeping staff really outdoes themselves to make sure everything feels fresh. Free bottled water and free internet which took all of two seconds to connect were the great SPG treats! The pool is AMAZING - so warm and lots of places to sit (tables and chairs) nearby. TV was easy to use. A million outlets for charging things. Had buffet breakfast at Zs and it was good (I live in NYC now so it wasnt awesome but absolutely worth the price). Vending machine took care of munchies. Already booking my next stay! Also, front desk staff were kind, and when I was struggling with the luggage dolly a staff member who I think was on a break dropped what he was doing and came to my rescue - thats really impressive. THANK YOU!!!

Very clean room. Easy and friendly check in. We stayed overnight for a wedding, so we did not use any amenities offered. However, we will definitely consider staying at a Four Points Sheraton in the future.

The Four Points exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was great. The best value is the Early Bird specials. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great to have.

Easily could have been have been a good/excellent rating but our special occasion celebration was really spoiled by the heating problem. The room temperature was very uncomfortable. Most other aspects of the stay were great. Would have preferred both sides of the shower slider to open.

This hotel has had a ton of improvements since I last stayed here, new furniture, new carpeting, etc.. Breakfast was really very good, I highly recommend you opt in and pay the extra cost when you book your room. The on-site restaurant Bistro One was very good, we ate out on the patio with a group of 8 on Saturday nite, restaurant was packed inside so make sure you make a reservation. Took a swim in the pool which has a nice large skylight. I used the business center to print a boarding pass for my sister. We were surprised to find a pretty outdoor area way in the back that is wooded with tables and chairs and a sweet little path over a bridge. Rooms were very nicely appointed. Bathroom had a few issues with water damage and a broken tile. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. And I got Marriott points too!

Nice place to stay. Rooms were not huge but adequate. Not much for scenery but it was clean and breakfast was awesome with great selection.
