She is amazing. Explains everything in detail. Her work is superior compared to other electrolysis

I literally can’t say enough good things about Louise. I am extremely grateful that I found her and chose her to perform electrolysis! Extremely knowledgeable, educated, proficient and pleasant.She was born to do this!

I have been seeing Louise Devin for permanent hair removal since 2015. She is the ultimate professional. Louise began by evaluating my needs then outling my suggested treatment plan, explaining thoroughly the process. Having previously seeing other electrologists I was extremely impressed with the results Louise produced. Her machinery appeared to be state of the art. This coupled with flawless utilization allowed me to experience very little discomfort during the treatment. I found Louise to be welcoming, kind and personable. It’s obviously cares deeply about her clients. I can’t speak highly enough about Louise. The results were amazing 😊!

Decided to start going to Louise Devin around March 2018. When I came for my first appointment she was very assertive and somewhat dismissive but decided to give them a chance. There were times during my electrolysis treatment she was very forceful holding my face down to perform the electrolysis treatments, but again I continued to ignore these signs as I really wanted to obtain results. Then there was another incident of her canceling my appointment through their online scheduling system, so I rebooked my appointment, which she later said she thought she was canceling another clients appointment with the same name..? Yea sure! Then there was another situation in which Devin canceled my appt again the day before my appointment with little to regard to how much this was an inconvenience. At this point I was upset I had seen her several times and have never given her any issues, in fact all always tried to be friendly, it became clear that Devin has a problem with servicing women of color. So I would suggest to women of color to stay away and not spend our hard earned money on folks that dont deserve it.

Put simply, she tried to scam me.

Louise is a great electrolysis!
