DOESNT DESERVE A ONE STAR. FAILED REPRESENTATION OF A CAR SERVICE. HYBRID CROSSTREK HAS NO SPARE TIRE.DEALERSHIP SAID THERE WAS A DOUGHNUT TIRE UNDER THE CAR.(FIRST FRAUD STATEMENT) THERE WASNT. DEALERSHIP PROVIDES A TIRE INFLATOR CANNISTOR THAT DOESNT WORK WHEN THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE SIDE WALL OF A TIRE AND THE SEAL IS BROKEN ON THE WHEEL. SUBURU ALERT SYSTEM DOES NOT. (SECOND FRAUD) WORK. WHEN I CALLEDTHEIR ALERT FOR ROAD SIDE SERVICE IN BEVERLY MA I RECEIVED NO SERVICE WAITING 2 1/2 HOURS.I CALLED AAA AND A TOW TRUCK WAS THERE IN 20 MINUTES.I WAS INBEVERLY MA WHEN THE TIRE WENT FLAT.THER ARE MULTIPLE SERVICE WITHIN 8 MILES. GUESS WHAT KIND OF SERVICE YOU WILL GET IN MAINE,NH OR VERMONT. OUR CROSSTREK ONLY HAS 800 MILES ON IT.QUOTING A TELETUBBYRUN AWAY,RUN AWAY

Beware undisclosed fees! Went to auto fair Subaru in Haverhill mass yesterday. Called ahead on internet ad to confirm price and availability since we live two hours away and didnt want surprises.Once we arrived, drove vehicle and sat down to close, we were presented with payments including $2500 in a myriad of fees they claim to charge every vehicle! So add that to the price of your car before thinking you got a deal! Or, go anywhere else and pay the more customary glom fees of 100-500
