I will not rent from this store again based on the customer service.Representative at rental desk was not friendly, welcoming or eager to help me.I would almost say my need not rent equipment was an inconvenience to him, although i did not have any questions or take up too much of his time. Had i sent someone less understanding to rent equipment this could have been a much worse encounter.

Easy process and great price for a box truck. Unlimited miles you cant beat it.

Eas at rental dept. They charged me for 24 hours because I was 30 min late on 4 hiur rental. Small box store would have comped the travel time!
