Repaired our vacuum cleaner..like brand new

Please dont make the mistake of trying to get service done here - communication is nonexistant. I went here about two months ago to get warranty work on my Miele vacuum. I had a lot of trouble trying to get the person there to even make eye contact with the part that was broken and he just kept saying it was fine.I eventually got him to see the broken part and he said it would take 1-2 months for the part and then just grabbed the vaccum and started carrying it away. The suction part of the vacuum still worked fine and thats a long time to go without cleaning, so I asked if I could hold the vacuum and return when the part came in since lead times are long with Covid. He agreed, took down the serial number and part on a service ticket and gave me the tear off receipt with a claim number. He said he would call when the part came in.After not hearing anything in two months (was giving the full time because of Covid) I called him. He said that he doesnt remember me. I tried to get him to look up the claim number for the receipt that I was holding, and he said it doesnt matter because he had no intention of ordering a part without holding the vacuum.Im posting this to make sure people are aware that this person is extremely challenging to work with. The only win here is that I didnt actually leave my vacuum with him for a few months.

These people are super nice and co-operative. I bought a part for my vacuumhe was ready to help and install the part.

I thought my vacuum was broken beyond repair, but it turns out that it was a quick fix. They really know their stuff here.

Not a positive experience at all! Took a very long time to get back my vacuum, I made numerous visits, and the customer service was very lacking. Not only that, when I picked up my vacuum the owner forgot to give me one of the parts. So, another trip to Norwood. Would strongly suggest you look for another place to have your vacuum repaired or serviced.
