After years of almost exclusively using dealerships for maintenance, I decided to give Revolution a chance. From the very outset the experience was first rate! The car was thoroughly inspected and the conditions (good and bad) were clearly communicated to me. The rates were more reasonable than the quoted work from the dealership. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this shop in the future for any of my automotive needs!

Found this place online after months of different shops telling me they could not service my BMW because of a mistake that someone else had done while doing an oil change. I spoke to John and explained everything and he guaranteed me that they’d be able to help me. I dropped the car off a couple days later and revived a call within an hour. John was was extremely honest and professional, he explained exactly what needed to be the done and the possible risks with doing so. He promised that they’d do everything possible for it to go smoothly and wouldn’t have to go the alternative route which would have cost me twice as much. By the end of the day that same day my car was 100% finished with what was promised, everything went exactly as planned & I did not have to pay an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a BMW or any foreign car for that matter. These cars are super fun to drive but are extremely complicated and a lot of shops either don’t really know how to deal with them or refuse to deal with them all together. But I can promise you these guys can and will get the job done!

I had an issue on the weekend and they quickly took care of it to make sure I was back on the road within days, while providing me with a loaner. The contactless drop off and pick up was extremely convenient. When I received my vehicle everything was spotless and the work was done with no issues.

Revolution Automotive Services did a great job! Their prices are reasonable along with their simplified process which makes the experience at ease. You pay over the phone then pick up the car at anytime due to them having a lockbox in which not many companies have! Expedited service! Will definitely use their services again.

Had a coolant leak and also needed a water pump replacement, on my Audi a4 I was able to call and drive right in and drop off the car. They called me back with what the exact issue is and what they can do, they also told me other concerns with the car. They was able to order the parts for first thing in the morning and took just about a a day to complete it with great communication throughout.

I was referred to Revolution Automotive by a close friend. He spoke very highly of Alan and his crew. Prior to this, my vehicle was being serviced by Herb Chambers Porsche of Burlington. My vehicle is a 2008 Porsche Cayman (See Pictures). I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, but it turned out that the vehicle needed some major work. Brought my 2014 Mini Cooper Clubman S in for a front end evaluation and ended up pretty much having it re-built. Very nicely done, it drives like it’s brand new again! I got more from my $$ getting a front end rebuild and new belt for my water pump versus just front end work for the same $$ the dealer quoted me. More bang for your buck is always nice! Added pluses, got a very fun, funky Mini loaner while mine was being serviced (3 days), the staff is upbeat and knowledgeable and I supported a small, local business versus a ‘chain’. I’ll be back, good stuff!

We have had them swap tires on our SQ5 two times now and both times they did a great job. The wheels are clean (grease removed from putting on the new tires) and they were not scratched or damaged which is important to us (the dealership mangled my wheels and they needed to be repaired). They leave my car sanitized inside and the system for pick up/drop off is very convenient. They are professional and pleasant to work with and Im very happy to have found RAS Inc.

I brought my Mercedes here for a service A and the pricing, customer service, and just everything involved with my experience was better than expect and beyond perfect. The crew at Revolution Automotive always go above and beyond. My car was MUCH cleaner than when I dropped it off. They washed, sanitized and vacuumed in addition tot he work they had to do. They fixed everything they needed to in a fast, efficient manner and reached out to stay in contact. Called the owner Allen 12/12/18 to check out BMW X3 I specifically told him I had 3 lights that suddenly popped up on my dash which were the airbag, yellow brake light, and 4x4 traction light. I work very close to the shop so I dropped my keys off with them at 8am so they could diagnose the problem. Few hours later I received a text message on his diagnosis showing I need some fluid flushes and other work. So I called to learn about the problems. I wasnt on the phone for less than 5 mins as he was discussing to me the issue I heard his telephone rang he told me he had to take this call and would give me a call back. Although I thought that was rude I didnt think anything of it. he called me back moments later.While on the phone I spoke highly of how he operated as a shop because of how thorough his diagnosis process was, which is why I decided to take my new vehicle to him in the first place. As he in the past diagnosed one of my other vehicles. He stated I needed new struts, fluid flushes, and my oil filter housing was leaking. Totaling a heavy bill I had no problem paying his shop to do the work.Now what makes me very upset and why I am posting this review is when we spoke he stated he was able to get those lights off the vehicle and was not charging me for diagnosis. When I went to pick up my vehicle on the invoice he wrote I called complaining about the ABS light, and traction light being on. Which was false information he was charging me $168 for work he claimed he had done which was recalibrated the system which was false because the moment I left the shop the lights I wanted diagnosed had turned back on. I honestly felt mistreated from the moment I picked my vehicle up. I maybe a female but I am no dummy. I feel I left this shop not knowing what the actual problem was an he was very rude by telling me not to pay and to not do business with them. Which I do not plan on anyway!

Ill start with the word OUTSTANDING! My battery completely died this week on my BMW 535xi and needed to be replaced. After multiple bad experiences with my previous BMW service facility, I researched for a new service center that had a reputation that we all should expect as a costumer. The reviews I read for these folks inspired me to call. Im so glad I did. Alan answered the phone (unlike my previous service center sending me to voice mail) with enthusiasm, and I had an immediate positive feeling. He is both personable and professional and is a sincere pleasure to speak with. I explained the situation and he went above and beyond to help get me in quickly and provide a loaner, which he did that day. I had a couple of other important concerns and had a level 1 diagnostic done. The communication process was by far the best ever, I received a text with a link to the detailed diagnostic report that was professionally written with a description of problems and recommendations for repair. Within minutes of receiving the report, Alan called me to go over it with me. It takes a lot to truly impress me...but bottom line is if you are looking for the best service for your car in a professional clean facility, Revolution Automotive Services truly deserves a 5 start review! Oh, and a nice touch was my car was returned washed and the interior clean too.Footnote - have to share...I had called my previous service center the same day to see if the battery would be covered by warranty as it was only two years old, they didnt call me back until after my car was repaired and back in my driveway!

Very knowledgeable. They have all the advanced BMW diagnostic equipment and know how to use it. Excellent communication about what needed to be done. They completed the repairs promptly. My car did need to be in the shop overnight to get a part, but they offered me a free loaner car. I have had poor experiences with the dealer and other independent shops, so I am glad that I found this team.

If you want your BMW fixed right, these are the guys. Alan is a super honest owner. Cant say enough about the service tech I met, Chris. John is the front desk service associate and is great at his job. A big plus is the loaner cars. All great. I can fix my own car if I choose, but these guys free up my time and their up to date experience and car knowledge is hard to turn away from. Keep up the great work guys.

I took my SQ5 here after recently moving to Norwood. I was very impressed for the level of professionalism and systems and processes that Revolution automotive had shown. I typically work 10-15 hour days and their drop off/loaner program was a lifesaver for me. They cleaned the car incredibly well after they were done. The process was perfect for the current COVID restrictions. They were priced reasonably well for the services compared to the dealership but they aren’t the cheapest guys around. However I know from researching on multiple Audi Forums, they were priced perfectly for my comfort. As long as I live in Norwood, I’ll be a Revolution customer. Thanks guys!

The team at Revolution Automotive Services did a fantastic job getting our Infinity QX56 ready for Winter! When I called, Allan was very professional and knowledgble and was able to answer my questions. I told him I wanted to meet so that we could discuss in person any repairs my BMW may need as I was looking to get a battery installed first. My BMW X1 died. Would not start at all and threw a whole bunch of codes. Another mechanic tried but could not get it going. I called up the guys at Revolution to see if they would take a look at it and they were more than willing to try, so I towed it there. It wasnt easy, but Revolution was able to track down the electrical issue and reprogram the car to get it going again with their BMW equipment and expertise they have. This was a tricky one, and they never gave up. You can trust them to get your car fixed right!

Excellent service! Got the brakes done on my Mercedes E Class and they provided me with a Mercedes loaner car for the day, online photos of my car and detailed info on the services to be done. The owner Alan runs a clean and efficient shop that only does the highest quality work.

Just got our AC fixed here and it was my first trip to a shop since I moved to the ‘burbs. Alan was personable and honest. Building was clean. I’ve had poor experiences with auto repair shops in the past but I had a great experience at Revolution and will be going back. Oh and the kicker was a complimentary was and interior vacuuming!

This was my first experience at Revolution Automotive and it exceeded my expectations.I sent in my Audi Q3 for a 55k service. In about a couple hours I received a report on my phone that showed me what’s going on with the car, what needs to be replaced, what would have to be replaced in the near future etc. This was extremely helpful since I was at work and I could simply look at everything from my phone.I must also mention the customer service. Alan was extremely prompt and helpful. I requested an appointment via their website and even though they were on vacation I received an email response.I own two German cars. I will be getting them serviced at Revolution Automotive going forward.

I found Revolution and Alan off of an online search. I brought my Porsche Cayenne Diesel to him for a 25k service. I had a lot of questions which he answered patiently and very knowledgeably. The work was done professionally and at a cost significantly below the dealer. A nice bonus was the car was cleaned inside and out. I had recently purchased a 2005 Mini Cooper S with a couple of repairs that needed to be done and after doing weeks of researching different mechanics decided to go with Alans shop. Ive had to bring the car to Alan twice for two separate jobs and both times I was brought to work by a member of his staff and the car was dropped off with me upon completion of the repair before the end of the day. Just had my Mercedes e500 serviced by Revolution. I could not be happier with the experience.And will no doubt be utilizing this independent shop for future servicing. The work was done in a timely fashion and with high quality. As an added bonus, when I picked up the car it was cleaner than when I dropped it off as they washed and vacuumed it. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Alan has been servicing my 2001 BMW 330 CI for over 3 years. He has a great knowledge of the car and it has never run better. I had been using local garages that just did not have his expertise. I would highly recommend Revolution Auto.
