Have to say I am delighted by the quality and service provided by Raul and Christopher Home Improvement on the replacement of our roof and gutters. They were fast and professional. I could find no fault with their workmanship and no debris or evidence that they had even been other than a new roof and gutters.We had signed a contract with another recommended contractor to replace our roof over a year ago and they never returned. Christopher Home Improvements price was thousands lower than that quote and easily the best of any of the 5 competitors we had quote this time around.I would not hesitate to recommend them based on what I have seen. Excellent! Raul and his team did a great job putting in a new roof on a very cold day. They were able to strip the old roof and put the new one up all in one day, and did the gutters when the sun came back up and the weather cooperated. It looks fantastic! Very satisfied with Raul and his team. I was super impressed with the fact the job was completed in one day. Stripped two layers of shingles, re-shingled, and cleaned the property up all in a single day. The best part though was the clean up. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are professional and extremely reliable and most importantly their work is impeccable AND all of this at the best price! The roof on our house was done in one day and everything was cleaned when they were done. We also had them re-side our house and my mothers house. They are very hard workers and leave the site each night nice and neat when siding. You wont find a better company...oh, and when you have them come out for a quote you will have that quote in hand before they leave! A++++++

It is never an easy decision choosing a company to do a job when you have not used them before or had them recommended. My wife showed me an ad she had seen online and after reading such positive reviews, I made the call. Raul answered the phone right away and we scheduled an appointment for a quote to have a roof replaced. He explained everything and quoted a price, I thought was very fair. After choosing a shingle color, all the materials arrived a week later shrink wrapped on pallets. Eventually I received the call that they would be there the next morning. Raul’s guys arrived early and started working right away. Working from home I got a chance to see much of the process, which was much more involved than I had thought. The team worked extremely hard and even stayed late that first day, so they could get the main house finished. The whole process lasted only two days and they were extremely thorough and cleaned up, so it was hard to know they were even there. I am extremely pleased with our new roof, the way it looks and the professional installation. I would definitely use them again and recommend them with confidence.

My wife saw them replacing the roof across the street And encourage me to call as they seemed very clean and completed the job quickly. I called and received a call back that same day to schedule them to come out and give me an estimate to replace my roof. The price was right so we picked out the shingles and about a week later material showed up shrink wrapped. Got the call they were coming and 2 days later it was done. They were quick, competent, and courteous. Would use them again and would recommend!

We hired Christopher Home Improvement to put a new roof on our house earlier this month (October 2019). They did our neighbors roof last year (2018) and our friends roof recently (August 2019). Their quote was the best and the reviews both online and from our neighbors and friend were wonderful. Raul gave us a time table for when everything would be done (pulling permits, delivery of shingles, rough start time) and he followed through. The crew got our roof done in a day and a half. They cleaned up after each day, they worked hard, and they were very careful not to damage our property. They treated our driveway and yard like it was their own. They cleaned up the debris that fell on the neighboring property. It is refreshing to see such honest, hardworking people. We have all been there where we hire someone to do a job and we feel like we made a terrible decision. This is not the case with Raul and his team. We feel like we made an excellent choice with Christopher Home Improvement. We are thinking about replacing our siding within the next couple of years and we will definitely be hiring Raul for the job.

I hired Christopher Home Improvement company to strip the two layers of shingles completely. The team of seven workers were able to do the job in one day. They worked hard and efficiently. They left all around the house as clean as it was before they show up. They did a very good job on my roof. Their prices are fair comparing to others. I plan on using them in my future projects. Had a roof put on my home November 2019. They came and it was worst then they thought, but they worked hard to finish on time. They were very respectful and clean. I can’t say enough positive things about Christopher home improvements. Raoul was amazing from the first time I met him. He really knows his stuff. He knew the measurements of my roof just by walking around my house. I was very impressed. His prices was the best on the market and the quality of his material was just as good if not better than a roofer who quoted me almost double. Once the crew arrived, they worked diligently and efficiently everyday till it got dark (even in the cold weather) until my roof was completed. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I was so nervous about finding the right roofing company; then we met Perry. He came and explained what happens with the roofing process; there was no fluff; no fake BS; very respectful; sincere and very down to earth. Then comes the worker bees!!! We had eight guys working on my roof. You would never have known they were out there. No yelling or fooling around. They came to work! The only sounds were hammering and normal construction sounds. Our neighbor said the same thing about the workers. Wouldn’t have known they were there ... our roof came out FANTASTIC and the clean up! Our yard was spotless! The guys were also so respectful. I could go on and on ... I highly recommend this company. We could NOT have gotten any better. Any questions We had were responded to immediately by Perry. We used Christopher Home Improvement when we purchased our home. Raul and his team were efficient, clean, and helpful. We ended up having to strip the roof completely. Despite that setback, they were able to finish on time. The material costs for each board were about $20 (or more) less than the other 5 vendors we quoted. Thank goodness because it took 84 sheets of plywood to cover the roof. I highly recommend this company!

We contracted with Christopher Home Improvement to replace the roof on our home, and are 100% satisfied with the results.Raul responded immediately to my call for a quote, explained the work in detail, and charged a very fair price.His crew arrived on time, worked non-stop throughout the day, and were extremely professional over the 2-day project.Clean up was amazing! Raul ensured all construction debris was removed, and the yard/garage were cleaner than when they started!

My estimate was done 11/21/19 and roof started and completed 12/13/19. They were very professional, cleaned all debris, and friendly. If I had any questions or concerns they were immediately addressed through text or call. They brought the wrong color down spout and put the temp one up for time being I figured a week or two. Within 20 mins, someone was back and installing the correct down spout. While finishing up my roof and cleaning up my neighbor just needed help rehanging something from his roof. Someone walked over and did it no charge.

After checking several sources and recommendations, I hired Christophers Home Improvements to replace and install a new roof (partially flat), new gutters and gutter guards to my home. The team was prompt, professional and amazingly quick on a very hot day. The sales person Perry, set expectations and responded to all calls promptly. Although the hours were very long, the team was courteous and efficient completing the job in 2 1/2 days. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. In spite of all the debris, the landscape was not impacted. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend them!

A little late in the review posting since the roof job was completed in June 2017. But Raul Rios at Christopher Home Improvement was a pleasure to work with and was as advertised, if not more. I had received quotes from 5 other roofing contractors and his estimate was definitely fair. Just from the initial meeting, I felt he was going to do a quality job. His hard work and attention to detail resonated with his crew, who were exceptional. Raul listened to what we wanted, from having ridge/soffit vents installed down to the details of the color for the new gutters. We were planning to paint our home a darker gray for the body and a lighter gray for the trim color. He was able to match our trim color to a color for the gutters he had available to choose from. Further, he initially ordered brown drip edges that are installed around the perimeter of the roof. But we wanted a drip edge that would match the color of our trim plus the gutters and brown would seem to clash. He was responsive and was going to get white drip edges and paint them a matching gray color. It turned out very well! Him and his crew showed up and completed the job in two days and even came back a third day to complete the cleanup since we had a large rainstorm that interrupted a half days of work. They are a very hardworking crew, extremely responsive and respectful to us and our property. They were a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them to anyone. I’ve actually recommended them to my friend who was very satisfied with their work. We made the correct decision choosing this roofing contractor.
