Sydney was my massage therapist. She was attentive to my concerns. She took time to answer my questions and give me information on how muscle tension can affect the body in different ways. One of the best massages I’ve had. I get massage regularly for the health benefits. Very pleased with my deep tissue massage.

Highly recommend!! Did the couples massage package for our 15 yr anniversary & it was a great overall experience!! Massage therapists were very attentive & made sure to ask what was best for us, how much pressure to apply, etc. Was extremely affordable as well, therefore, I was thinking it would probably only be mediocre at best.. boy, was I wrong & pleasantly surprised!! Would definitely return!!

Welcoming & Relaxing, the place to go for a amazing massage!

My husband and I were in town for the day and were able to book same day with appointments just 15 minutes apart. We were so grateful they were able to accommodate us so well. My masseuse Echo was amazing! She listened to my concerns and areas I was struggling with. She went above and beyond to carefully navigate my problem areas and truly made it a “therapeutic “ massage. I am ever so grateful for how genuine she was towards me. She really wanted to help me. Next month when we are back in town I will %100 be booking another massage with Echo! I only wished we lived closer!!

My husband and work two jobs each and I thought there would not be a better gift then getting massages. I looked on Google for ones in the area around us and found Quality of Life - best decision I made. We are now scheduled for our second massage . We will be going once a month from now on! Price is reasonable and they have later in the evening appointments as well..

This establishment is very professional. This was their first day open since covid19 started. I had Gloria who was great, addressed my concerns and wasnt overly talkative, she seemed to have picked up the quiet vibe and let me relax in peace and quiet. Overall a positive experience here.

My appointment was schedule for a month at 10am. I arrived at 9:40am and the doors were locked. Tried again at 9:55am and the doors we still locked. If my appointment starts at 10am then I should be able to get in the building before that time.My husband who bought this massage for my birthday tried to call with no answer.Terrible customer service.Left with no massage. :(

Been a few times and as long as my masseuse is available, its been wonderful. Peaceful, quiet, and not busy.

Sweet girl but didn’t seem to have much experience. Areas worked on, she only worked on small parts of the area, and then the same motion over and over again. Wanted to leave after the first 15 minutes. Upon exiting the room, a man was there who I presume was the owner and not much more interaction than “how do you feel” and then turned his head. I guess I’m more used to a little more.

Went and used a gift certificate I received for Christmas. This is one of the best local places to get a massage and learned they do offer spa services like wraps and facials. Mark was my massage therapist and he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I look forward to going again.

Perfect little getaway when you need it most!

The massage was good. I didnt like having to walk up and down the steps to get to the place. There was a ramp to go in but the business itself was in the basement
