Family run business! Great people! Honest and reliable! Highly recommended!

Last year we needed to connect to city sewer and found this company. After agreeing on a price and having a signed contract, they just left us hanging and did not follow through. I was very disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism.

Called them to fix a baffle. Joe, the guy who works there asked about size of tank. I reached out to who did my inspection to get the report. Sent it to him. Followed up a couple times and asked him to let me know when we could schedule an appointment because the ground was getting colder (harder). He responded Will do. Then never called back.Dont want my business. Fine. Least you could do it at least say that and not waste my time.

Septic tank was full and needed to be pumped. A call to C&J and my call was returned shortly. They came to the house ASAP and the job was completed. Theses are hard working, professional, and friendly people. I highly recommend using C&J for your septic maintenance.
