We rented a bounce house and the blower’s cord blew up and melted. We were unable to use it for my sons birthday party. When we spoke with the owner he took no accountability for his equipment but in return blamed us for using an extension cord (outdoor extension cord) . He said we should know you can’t use an extension cord. I told him he should have given better direction and he rudely scolded me stating we should have known. He was extremely unprofessional.

This is one of the best small businesses in Eastern CT! The owner is very nice and friendly. He seems to hire staff that are disabled, but they are very polite and good at their jobs. Its a great experience. Very worthy of your business, I would absolutely go there in preference to a big box chain.

Had an issue with one of the tools I rented there, and it was a no hassle return. Most places would have fought you on who broke it and how it broke! A++++ company.

Got hung up on when I said hello when they first picked up. Called again, asked about renting something, they said we dont have that and just hung up. I guess youre not allowed to see if you can rent more than 1 item.
