I would not recommend them, the staff is not very knowledgeable i Went back multiple times for a leg brace with no success when I finally got it, the brace didn’t fit and I had to keep going back for adjustments, I finally gave up and went to dr Macy in East Lyme, my insurance wouldn’t pay for two braces at once so I gave neops theirs to return, they said they returned it but the insurance had no record of it so I had to pay for my new leg brace out of pocket if you’re looking for a place for a place that’s deals in orthotics I would recommend dr Macy in East Lyme

Did not return calls as promised

First saw them in the beginning of August for diabetic shoes. Here it is Veterans Day tomorrow and still NOTHING!!!!
