Nice people and fantastic service! I use there wash, dry and fold service.

It was kinda crowded and none of the attendants were wearing masks and they expect it of the customers. No one helped when we asked.

Very clean laundromat and also the washer and dryers are excellent.

I drop my laundry off for wash/dry/foldThey have all my preferences in the computer. When I come in its all done perfect. Ive never had a problem. I get a text or when its ready. Love them all.

Sunday afternoon I came in to drop off my suit. I was under the impression that they did provide this service but when the person at the counter finally acknowledged that I had been standing 2 feet in front of her for a few minutes, she was obviously annoyed that I was there and intentionally tried to make me uncomfortable. I picked up my suit and went to another cleaners that actually wants the business. I will stick to more professional places for this in the future.

If I had to bet, this is the best laundromat in Norwich.The laundromat is always attended by an employee. All the employees are friendly, courteous, laundry smart, and always willing to lend you a hand if you need it.They provide cups for your quarters, have tennis balls available for you to use if you want to use them to fluff up your blankets when drying them.99% of the machines work 99% of the time. Theres usually a washer down, or a dryer, but thats to be expected at a laundromat. They are fixed very quickly, and the staff will inform you even if one isnt up to par, but not quite broken.Theres plenty of shopping choices nearby, a couple good places to grab something to eat.

Clean!!! Love the wash dry fold drop off its pretty affordable. Always has an attendant to help you. Dry cleaning is fantastic! Have not tried the shoe repair yet or the rug repair. The best so far in the area.

Sometimes I do my laundry there and sometimes I drop it off to be done. The regular employees are friendly and seem to care about their customers. However, today I dropped my laundry off before noon and I came back at about 715 pm to pick it up. Their hours are until 10 pm. When I get there, the doors are locked but there are two staff inside. I knock on the door, whe the woman opened the door, I said I am here to get my laundry... with a snotty attitude and she starts shaking her head No no, we are closed, I have no money And shut the door. This place is a mom and pops and its not like they have hundreds of orders that were dropped off in one day. Wouldnt you think the very very few orders you do have could be given a courtesy call that they would be closing early due to weather?? Very irritating considering I spend a lot of money there and have been going there for almost 10 years. But unfortunately, I think I am done using this laundromat and I will pass the word that they are not pleasant.

This place is always clean!! There are usually machines available without any wait time!!

Came in to do laundry @7:30pm They claim it has to be in washer by 7:30. No sign stating this. There used to be a sign with a time. Way too uptight like the 1 minute will make a difference. Wash and dry doesn’t take more than 1.5 hrs do not sure why the attendant was being so crabby.

Had to wash clothes 3 times to get soap out.A lot of the machines didnt work properly.

Compared to other laudromats aroud the clothes come out of the wash wayyyy to wet, and dryers take forever. I think they need updated units...
