In an industry plagued by shysters and con artists, the owners of this establishment are a breath of fresh air. They are honest AND knowledgeable, and explain everything thoroughly. I have had many dealing with Norwich Coin and Jewelry Exchange, both for myself and on behalf of clients. They are great to do business with. Not only are they very friendly, they are quite knowledgeable on their products and the value of your coins. If you have gold or silver to sell, I wouldnt go anywhere else; you arent going to get a better deal. I recommend them without hesitation.

I have had the pleasure to deal with this establishment twice. The first time was when my house was broken into and all my jewelry was robbed. I posted this on Facebook and immediately receive pictures and the notice from Jackie. I was able to retirve some of our jewelry, the man’s name and address was given to the police which allowed for a rapid apprehension. The second time was when I was looking for an emerald ring for my husband‘s 60th birthday, I looked everywhere including the Internet but was unable to find anything of any quality that was able to suit my budget. ‘Jacquie was able to contact her suppliers and create a beautiful white gold ring with the exceptionally clear a good quality emerald stone. The price was nothing short of remarkable. ‘Jacquie is in amazingly kind and honest businesswoman.
