We bought probably the nicest unit in Falls Mills in 1991. It was either the largest or second largest unit in the entire complex. 29 years later, the current value is a little more than what we paid. A beautiful place but an incredibly economically challenged area. I really hope for the best for the area because that part of Connecticut is so steeped in history as is Falls Mills and the Falls with Uncas and the history of the Mohican Tribe.

Very clean, inviting atmosphere. Needs to make each condo different from each other, as each hallway feels like the same and you can get lost easily.
