I really like this dealership. I just bought a 2008 Jeep Liberty from them and could not be more pleased. They secured financing for me when no branded dealership was able to, because I spent the last year self employed full time as an Uber driver. They are honest and decent people, and seem as though they enjoy pleasing customers and selling them quality vehicles rather than screwing people over. I recommend them if you need a decent used car, especially if youre on a budget.

Cars are very pricey for the mileage. But they are super nice and will go out of there way to help you get into a car. Gave them 5 stars because they are a great used car dealership.

I have purchased several vehicles from Doug and Dave and all experiences have been excellent. I have bought a used car from a different used car dealer before, and when I had issues with the vehicle they seemed annoyed with me for looking for repairs. Not Doug and Dave. They are concerned about any issue I have, and work with you to get the most of your money. They treat you like family, probably better. From used cars to auto repair, they are the ones to see.

Iv had my Subaru Forester from here for a year now and Im starting to see some issues (as to expect from a used car)Dave and Doug have treated me like family here and they have gone above and beyond with helping me make the best financial decisions on making this car last for years to come. Im going to get a warranty now as we have been keeping an eye on some minor issues that can potentially backfire in the future . Im so greatful I have chosen Sanford auto . I have had several used cars in the past from different places but Dave and Doug have been the only ones who helped me actually figure out the best course of action in keeping this car going. My biggest recommendation is to get a warranty because used cars can be unpredictable and thats not the mechanics fault . They have no problem in giving you advice dissecting multiple options as if they were in your position and they WILL help you make a smart a decision if you are willing to take the advice. Overall I cant complain about my car that I bought I would tell anyone that buys a car there make sure that you put everything in writing. Their customer service isnt the greatest but they are good guys.

I’m very impressed with this place I had a problem with a sway bar in my car that when I brought it to dodge in Norwich instead of a simple bolt extraction they gave me the run around and told me it would be 2000$ to drop the fram and put new one in where when I brought it Samford they didn’t bs me and even showed me what they were gonna do for only a couple of hundered compared to what I was told at the beginning and now the problem is now fix and I couldn’t be happier about it

Sold a vehicle to these guys on Ebay, they did not make deposit and when I spoke with them over the phone he was very polite and explained that he had someone else buying the unit but they had backed out. Regardless they committed to the purchase, which he said even if they did not find another buyer he would be purchasing it and would make the deposit after the weekend. Never heard back from them again. Let this be an example of how they will treat you as a customer!

Brought my 2012 GMC Acadia it turned out to be a lemon if youre shopping for fresh fruit then this is the place but if youre shopping for a car go somewhere else

Will not be going to these con artist again sold me a car with bad head gasket and denied it and refused to fix it now Im paying on a car with a blown engine if u were smart you would find a better auto center!
