My family has been going to Keith’s for decades. They are always a pleasure to work with. Personally, I am on my second home purchasing appliances from Keith’s, and I have had an excellent experience both times. Right now we are still waiting on some appliances that we ordered back in April, but this is by no means any fault of Keith’s. Manufacturers are extremely backed up, and Guy has been nothing but helpful, forthcoming and understanding throughout the entire experience. Would recommend!

We have bought several appliances from Keiths and had a great experience every time. The staff is courteous and helpful in helping us select the right item for us. This whole experience was an Appliance Nightmare. This isnt the 1st time buying a major appliance from Keiths Appliance from 1984 to present.3 stove/ovens, 4 fridges, washer & dryer combo, and dishwasher for the past 387 years.It is the 1st time Keith had sold his Once Great Appliance Store to someone else. Having unsure salespeople getting confused from the original purchase to the final signature. This individual put his hand over the paper after him telling where to sign. Why did he do that for?Ordering a gas stove in JULY, finally picking it up in October, of coarse Covid, Covid, Covid was the main reason it was delayed 2 1/2 months. After going to their for 37 years.One Disasy after another.

The two guys who delivered my fridge were wonderful. Pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. They handled every difficulty with a great attitude and professionalism. Everything was smooth and worked out perfectly. Thanks!

The sales staff were very courteous and not pushing any brand on us, we explained what we needed, size, price range. We were shown a variety of products and found just what we were looking for. The clincher was not only delivery and setup but also removal of old unit. We also opted for the extended protection plan. We were very pleased with the way we were respected and treated. Will be back for future appliance purchases.

I was offered assistance promptly, and the associate was courteous, and easy to understand. He listened to my requests, and helped me choose a range which met my needs. I was pleased to be able to see a floor sample, and all my questions were answered completely. I was pleased that I can get my range delivered and set up, and that I can have it within a few days! They made this purchase easy!

After losing our washer and dryer due to a flooded basement, salesperson MacKenzie Patterson was excellent in helping us choose appropriate appliances that could be delivered quickly. He was empathetic and knowledgeable. The delivery people did an excellent job also. We are pleased with the products.

My biggest problem replacing a 30 yr. old refrigerator was finding one to fit the space properly. For reasons I cant explain I checked with the two big box stores before I remembered Keiths. We went in with a hand drawn sketch of measurements and Mallory, Like she did this every day, brought us to one that would fit perfectly. She then asked questions about what was most important to us (price, features, finish, size etc.).We went home comfortable that what she suggested would fit.There was a time to wait for delivery and installation and we were given a two hour window. Delivery was within that window and the two guys delivering, Kevin and Chris were on time polite and helpful. Within 45 minutes our new fridge was in and fit better than we could have imagined.What started out as a well take whatever will fit in but it went from a giant pain in the kitchen experience into a very comfortable, affordable upgrade. Im not looking forward to needing kitchen appliances but Im sure when I have to it Kieths will be my first stop.Thanks to all.

We had a great experience this afternoon shopping for a new dishwasher at Keith’s. The young lady who assisted my wife and I (“M”, lest she not want her identity further revealed here) was competent, friendly and very knowledgeable. We’ll be back again and be sure to ask for her! We came in looking to replace our Dacor range after 20+ years. Adam assisted us, gathering different information on various high end ranges. Never pushy, very polite and helpful. We ended up purchasing another Dacor range. Very pleased with our experience @ Keiths. It was worth the drive.

The day of the install, the two young delivery gentlemen called ahead to inform me that they were about 10 minutes away from my house. They arrived on time with my AC wall unit and had it installed in a timely manner and also hauled away the old unit; they were very courteous and professional. They took the time to show me the ins and outs of the unit, and also went above and beyond and took the extra time to fix the grill on the outside when they didn’t have to. I really appreciated that. I was ordering an portable AC from Keiths Appliances. The AC unit was sold out all over the east coast except Keiths Appliances. After learning I live150 miles away, the owner gave me the phone number of a few other stores who source inventories from the same warehouse. Thanks to Keiths Appliances, I was able to get the same AC unit from another store thats 80 miles closer to me! Kudos to Keiths Appliances for referring me to another store where it could have kept the profit itself. Im impressed.

I had been calling around all morning to big box stores to try and get a dishwasher. No one answered, then when I finally got someone they didn’t have answers for me. We highly recommend Keith’s Appliance! We ordered a washer, dryer, microwave and stove for our new home. One of the biggest selling points for us was that our gas range install would be coordinated by Keith’s with a local company. Whereas at the nationwide stores they weren’t able to answer our questions about install. We received the same discounts and loved to be supporting a local business!While ordering we were informed that it may be a few months before the models we selected would be available. They offered to help us find ones currently in stock but we didn’t mind waiting. We received updates during the wait and were given the option to have the appliances delivered as they became available.The delivery process was simple. I’d bought a few major appliances from Guy at Keith’s over the last couple years, then this last month we moved into a new home that needed all new appliances—and I mean all. I gave Guy a call, knowing how hard it was to find appliances right now, and he not only helped me find the perfect range, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and microwave (and I mean exactly the brands I was looking for for each item) but he gave me the best prices I could find after tons of internet searching. Not only that, he had them all installed within a week of ordering, and Keith’s install guys were great. Great advice, best price, great install, and Guy is friendly and straightforward with no gimmicks or pressure. I have told all my friends about how good the experience was and don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled. If you want great service and great prices go to Keith’s in Norwich and ask for Guy.

The salesman did not pressure us into buying anything,he was very informative about lead times and availability of items. We are on a waiting list for our purchased item. This pandemic will only get worse with shipping and availably. My advice is to buy it before you need it. When you need it,it may not be available for a few months.

Update: I received my dishwasher in half the time I was initially told! Installation was very smooth. Im incredibly impressed!I was looking for an item that was backordered and sold out everywhere. Crystal and Mallory helped me order it, and were delightful to work with.

Called to shop for a range hood over the phone (thanks Covid) and Linna was super helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for at a better price than I found online. I called back when ready to purchase and spoke to another salesperson who was just as helpful. I also bought a stove from them a couple years ago and couldnt be happier with the stove, as well as the efficient and friendly delivery team, who were able to somehow fit my giant stove through my tiny door. Magicians! Really happy shopping here and will be back when we need a new fridge!

Was able to get an item in-stock from a local retailer for less than the major chains. They called me the day after the order to set up the delivery (Id recommend calling if you want an item ASAP). Only thing that felt scammy: They automatically add an extended warranty into your cart and you have to delete it, which Id recommend they stop doing. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Kieth’s Appliance is the only place I’d consider buying appliances these days. Big box stores can’t come close to the customer service Kieth’s provides. Their prices are always on point and competitive. BUY LOCAL AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESSES because without them all we would have to buy from are corporate chains who don’t truly care about their customers.

Shopping at Keiths appliances was a good experience. Prices are well within reason and the selection is perfect for a budget or if your looking for something state of the art.. Our salesman Guy was very helpful with purchasing our new refrigerator. He was very funny and personable. He also was very knowledgeable when we asked about products and wasnt pushy as alot of salesmen tend to be. I recommend checking them out before the big box stores!

Order a dishwasher for my mother in law online apparently it was a special order. Adam Grant contacted me through e-mail almost immediately. That was my preference. He let me know that the special order could take awhile. After that Adam continued to assist me with finding a dishwasher I could receive within a week. This was important as it was for a birthday present. Found what I wanted and got it to mother in laws house within a week. Literally could not of asked for more. Good price too.

Mallory was very helpful in finding us the refrigerator that we were looking for, in stock, when our existing fridge died. Lanai was accommodating to schedule a delivery on the next business day! That closed the deal!

Very quick service and did match another store price, although it was only one dollar less to begin with. Normally excellent prices. Salesperson somewhat ditzy but I got what I wanted. Purchased a new clothes dryer. Most newer dryers were bigger than our old one and we have space limitations. The sales person was friendly and worked with us to find several that would fit. We appreciate her taking the time to measure and check dimensions against our limitations. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience with Keiths. Our washer broke and Id ordered the part from an online retailer, but the shipping kept getting delayed and the mountain of laundry kept growing. I found Keiths online and texted the number on the website. Within minutes someone responded that the part was in stock, gave me the price and verified which model washer I had. We had the part within the hour and the washer going by dinnertime. Their super fast and helpful response for a pretty inexpensive part was remarkable and well definitely go there the next time we need to make a purchase. Great company!

Ordered a range and hanging microwave oven last week, and they quickly installed it today - early within the time window. Home Depot would have taken my money upfront, but had me wait until at least Jun 26, and even that date wouldnt have been guaranteed due to possible transportation issues. I would have paid them thousands to just endlessly wait. Keiths has saved me a great deal of grief. Linna took my order. She was very nice. So were the delivery and install guys.

Pleasant salesman. Opted for self pick-up so we wouldn’t have to wait weeks for a delivery/installation date. Good experience overall. Took off a star because I would have preferred NOT to have to pick up and install on our own. It’s likely COVID was partially to blame, and I would’ve only taken 1/2 a star, but it still would have been a wait.

We have shopped at Keiths for years for all our major appliances, they are so much better to deal with than any big box store. Their prices are no more expensive any any other store, if not better, but its the personal service that really makes it worth shopping with them. We just bought an entire kitchen package - stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave for the second time (first time was 20 years ago!). Guy was great to work with and very responsive to any questions during and after the sale, and even after delivery. The delivery men did a great job, they showed up exactly when promised and were neat and efficient. Weve used their service department in the past also, staff are always helpful. Dont waste time anywhere else, just go to Keiths.
