Our home got water in the basement after a hurricane and FDX was a huge help with clean-up, drying and mold prevention. FDX was professional, thorough and timely. Andrew was great at communicating promptly, making himself available, supervising his crew and ensuring that I was satisfied upon project completion. I would certainly call them again, although hope not to need to, and would recommend them to any friend.

Amazing job! Cleaning out and mold remediation on a very old and neglected basement. The crew worked extremely diligently and were thoroughly professional. The results are fantastic, like new!

I had a shower leak into the ceiling of the room below and mold was seen coming through the sheet rock. FDX inspected the damage the day after I called them and on the 2nd day they removed all the damaged sheet rock and mold. Once their drying equipment removed all the moisture, they replaced everything. When the work was done it looked as if nothing had ever happened. They were quick, they did a great job, and their pricing was very reasonable. I am very happy with the results and will use FDX again if I ever have a need.

The manager is passionate about his work, really knows his trade and offers an excellent, fair price. They are flexible and courteous. I did not have much notice to leave my apartment, but Andrew was able to arrange my furniture move for the next day. When I was told I could move back, again it was short notice but Andrew was able to accommodate me. The team that packed me up and then unpacked my stuff when I moved back was very efficient. They also were very gentle with my things. I would recommend them without reservation.

These guys were mostly competent, and they did pretty decent work. My issue with them however is two fold. I recently hired them for a water intrusion job. While they were moving things out of their way, they broke two items and never bothered to mention it to me. These were items that I put away last winter and other than when the FDX crew was here, they havent been moved by anyone else. I know this because only I have access to this space, and I hadnt touched them. This weekend I went into my storage room and noticed the damage they left.The second thing was when asking the crew to do a few small favor type additional things, they gave me a price which seemed very high and stipulated I needed to pay them in cash for all those small services. I passed on one service because of price and they immediately halved their price. Im fine with negotiating for a service, and I can take it or leave it, but it seemed to me like the crew might have been skimming from the owner, and that just didnt sit well with me.They did good work, but the crew left me feeling uncomfortable.

FDX Restoration were fantastic! We had a broken sewer pipe and owner Andrew was very attentive and helpful while we resolved matters with the insurance company. Alvin and his crew did an outstanding job cleaning and disinfecting our basement. Very thorough, professional, friendly and polite. They work above and beyond.I met Alvin, who gave me an assessment of a mold issue in my garage. He walked me through how specific areas can develop mold in certain ways, and how I can mitigate issues in the future. With that in mind, he gave me a recommendation of what could be done to remove the mold currently in my garage. He also pointed out other non-mold related issues in my garage and forwarded me contacts to follow-up on. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable - able to answer any questions or concerns I had.This high quality work ethic carried through to the workers to did the actual mold clean-up and removal. They were very friendly and offered to help move some stuff out (and later back into) my garage. Ivan was the foreman and was just as good as Alvin.I hope to never need them again, but if I need any restoration work done in the future, I will be contacting FDX again!

Andrew and Alvin really took care of us cleaning up a raccoon nest in the attic. They were timely, did the job when they said they would and for the cost quoted. No funny business. They were easy to work with and the job turned out great. Looks new. Alvin even went so far as to clean a spot which we thought was included within the scope of work but was not, at no cost. They care about their customers and take pride in the job they do. Hopefully we wont need their services down the road, but we wouldnt hesitate calling on them if we did. They were the right choice for us. Very happy.

While I wish I was not in situation of having a flooded basement, FDX truly came to the rescue. They arrived promptly to start the clean up process and periodically checked back. Also helped with the insurance process- never an easy task. Hope I don’t need them again, but recommend them very highly!

When my sewer line was cracked and a weeks worth of sewage backed up into my basement, I called FDX and they were out with a reasonable price the next day, exceeding my expectations! I had a burst pipe in my house because of the record low temperatures in January. The entire kitchen and basement looked more like a swimming pool when I got home from work. Andrew Fry and his crew have been wonderful. One June 28, 2018 our newly renovated basement in Westport Ct. was flooded by a sudden storm.
