Was wanting to update my mileage. Was told to wait and Id recieve a letter to do so in the mail... even tho theres the option of taking pictures and 2 months later updating. But 3 months later it takes an upset phone call from me to executive office to find this out... after attempting to update with jaimes office. Thanks for all the pushing me off u have done. Loss of time and money!!

I love having allstate, Cynai has been amazing whenever I need something or ask questions she goes above and beyond, very responsive in a timely manner. She does not give me a hard time for every little thing and is very courteus. I work 6 days a week and she is a huge asset due to that reason I wont consider other companies.
