The rental process was very easy and smooth. Customer service that I spoke to at reservation was very nice. Pick up was easy. Blower kept shutting off intermittently through use which made it a little scary for children to go on since it would sometimes start to deflate. Monday came and time to return, I called and explained that my husband had to run to work and I was by myself putting away and loading up a 14 foot, probably 4 or 5 times my weight, slide and I needed help, and that’s what they told me to do, is to call if I need help, she explained to me that if I could not return she would have to charge for me another day. And that they had no staff (a Monday at 2pm??) to come and help me. Also noted that we live 12 minutes away from the shop. Many many scratches, hernia, and bloody hands later, the slide made it into my van and I got it there with 30 minutes to spare. I will not be renting again for the fact that there customer service was rude, the slide was dangerous to use and didn’t feel safe for our party guests, and when I truly needed them to help, all they told me was figure out myself and hung up. Rude and poor quality for almost 300 of my hard earned money.

I rented a standard bounce house that I wasn’t able to move even with the suggested 2-3 “able bodies”. Ended up paying $225 for a rental that I couldnt even use because it weighed 400lbs and we couldn’t move it. When returning it, and they asked how it went, I told them the situation. I was suggested to talk to the office to see if there was something they could work out for me. The owner gave me a $50 credit on my account that I’ll never use, so for the people who have good reviews on the company and do repeat business, email me, you can gladly have my credit. Otherwise, don’t bother here. Find a place that will offer to come set up and tear down for your party and leave the work to someone else.

We have had great experiences ordering inflatables from them. They have some of the best rental prices and are pleasant to work with. They dropped off the inflatables early and said we could use them until they picked them up Monday, even though we only rented them for one day. I appreciated that since normally a company normally wants you to pay for time over the three hour window. Quotes were difficult to work with, but all rental company quotes are and I think they did well all things considered.

The game team was excellent at set up as well as during the breakdown. They were super professional during the booking process and accommodated all of our party needs! Great business.

We have rented a few times through my company. They are great and have an amazing selection to choose from. BUT asking for a quote has become a headache. Especially when planning multiple events. I just went on their website to book again for this summer and don’t feel like dealing with the back and forth pricing again this year. I wish pricing was up front

I ordered 7 tables and 30 chairs for a small graduation party for my daughter. When we got there to pick the items up we had to wait a little while as they wiped down the tables as a few were fairly dirty.But they were timely and were reasonable in their pricing. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent company to work with. Our group of 9 and 10 year old boys had a blast with the Video Game Truck. Service and set-up were exceptional. Highly recommend!

Had a great birthday surprise today

I had ordered the sumo inflatable from them for the weekend with customer pick up and drop off. The whole process to order and pay for inflatable went very smooth. When I picked it up after leaving there was an odor in my car. I took it directly to the venue and laid it out. I opened the container of the helmets and gloves and about threw up. The stench was sooo bad! My husband and brother then put the outfits on and complained the whole time about the stench. They fought for about 1 minute and then said they couldnt take it anymore. After they took the outfits off the smell was so bad it had permeated my brother in laws clothes and it was making him sick. His words were it smelled like an animal carcass. He went home and changed because his clothes smelled terrible. We only got two other people to use and they refused to use the helmet or gloves because of the putrid smell. So much for having it the whole weekend. I couldnt even drive my car because with it in the back it was unbearable... I dropped it off, let the guy who cleans them know as well as an email before I dropped it off, and I emailed afterwards and no response. No apology or willingness to make this right. This was my husbands surprise 30th birthday party and unfortunately what was supposed to be the fun entertainment of the night was basically in-usable due to the horrific smell.

Brian and Renee have always been great to work with. We have done many events with them over the years and everyone has been very professional and a pleasure to work with.
