0/10 would not recommend. They are not good with dates or setting appointments. Mine never got set or i had to call them and ask about my parts. They told me that they had them in.. i didn’t receive one call about it.

An exceptional experience!!!!It was effortless and perfection from start to finish. I literally dropped my car off, received the rental and picked my car up when completed. I received daily updates on my vehicle via text and email, which eliminated the “I wonder what is going on with my car?” statement. Called to speak with them about getting some hail damage repaired. The woman who answered the phone obviously needs some customer service training, she was incredibly rude and refused to answer any questions about general timelines for this type of repair over the phone. I am taking my business elsewhere purely because of this employees attitude.

I’m so glad I called Joe Hudson Collision Center for an estimate. They met or exceeded my expectations in every way. The pricing was very affordable. That was important to me because the damage was not covered by my insurance. The employees were nothing but courteous to me from the time I first called to when I picked up my car. They kept me inform of each stage my car went through during repair. The quality of the work was perfect and the repair was completed in a surprisingly reasonable time. Dropped off our vehicle as scheduled on Wednesday morning. Repair was set for Wednesday thru Friday. Car was completed Thursday before closing 4pm. Our car looked brand new. It was perfect. I hit a deer in my 2017 Camry, causing extensive damage to the front end/right front side. After just 5 days in the shop, my car was ready and it looked brand new. The shop contacted and/or kept me updated each day on the progress of the work. The place seems well-ran and very professional. I am one of those who are very skeptical of service-type businesses, but I actually felt comfortable here, and will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

I had a fender bender and the persons insurance suggested thistle place. They are a preferred partner with Gieco. The other persons insurance company set everything thing up. It was really quick and convenient dropping my car off for repairs. They also had a rental car representative there waiting for me, which was setup up through the other persons insurance. They had to replace my rear bumper and it only took about 3 or 4 days. This place was quick, convenient, and very professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My insurance made the appointment for me almost 2 weeks away!I was kept informed about every step of the repair process. I received text messages daily and was encouraged to call with questions or concerns regarding the repairs. I even checked the repair status on the web site.This entire journey was easy, clear and even pleasant. When I picked my car up 9 days ( even with staff being off for Thanksgiving holiday) later I could not tell where the damage had been. This was a great experience. They know you are concerned when you bring in your car and constantly communicate with you all the steps your car is going through and how it is doing. Work was done timely and we only had to go 2 days without it. Work on the car was very satisfactory. The car was cleaned up for us. Looked better than when we brought it in. Do not send your car here! I chose this body shop because they looked like one of the best. I was so wrong! My truck is in the middle of getting fixed here There is no communication from them at all. The production manager assured me that they do what the Insurance company tells them to I waited a few weeks to get the estimate because they were a little backed up and It went down hill from there on. I chose them because they had such a positive statement on their site that said We believe our customers come first, and great service is something our customers deserve. NOT TRUE! This collision center is AMAZING. I was rear ended back in November, they got my car January 13th and it was estimated they would have it 16 days because there was $7,000 worth of damage. I knew every step of the way what was going on with my vehicle. They are VERY PROFESSIONAL and I would recommend them to anyone for your auto body collision needs. Rude poor customer serviceMy car was hit when someone ran a red light and got me. I took my car to joe Hudson per my insurance adjuster and got an estimate from them. Then my adjust told me that estimate looks good and to take it to them Tuesday. I go in Tuesday to try and drop it off and they refuse to take it without an appointment. Which my adjuster made the day before. And also will not take it without an estimate from my insurance. My insurance adjuster aid they already accepted the estimate from joe Hudson and the car is good to be covered for the repairs. Even my insurance adjuster was flabbergasted at how rude and unprofessional joe Hudson was acting. So my insurance adjuster is making a point of finding me a new collision center and not using joe hudson of Northport in the future.

Excellent company! Brent was very thorough with breakdown & appraisal on my car. Completed work in timely manner on a very complex insurance case. Best experience ever with Hugh Stevens at joe Hudson’s in northport! I have sent dozens of friends and family members to them and had great results.

My son had to get his car worked on and received a quote that indicated 12-13 hrs of work. Meanwhile, 3 days later in the shop and the owner said hed get the car, some time next week. No indication of when this will actually be ready. I cannot speak to the quality of the work but their word is no good when it comes to honoring their commitment to deliver on time. Their failure to complete the vehicle on time may very well cause my son to miss a job interview. Do not go here if you value your time.

I wish there was such thing as a “no star” rating, because that is what this business deserves. I was unfortunate enough to have an accident. I was even more unfortunate to have to deal with Geico and Amy Thompson at the collision center. She consistently gave me incorrect information and attempted TWICE to write me a check for a higher amount then what I was owed. It was only after I said something did she realize her mistake. I do not see how she has not cost this company thousand of dollars. She caused this already annoying process to drag on for 2 months because she told me the COMPLETELY wrong information about our case.

When I took it back from the first accident things were handled expeditiously. Mr. Charles was very sympathetic to my needs. He tried very hard to get the price down as was always very nice. I ended up towing my car to my brother for free labor but they were very understanding and charged me minimal for the estimate and time they already spent. I cant speak to the speed or quality of work, but they customer service is great.

They did a fantastic job on my car. The car looks almost 100% new on the part they fixed. I would highly recommend. They even cleaned the inside before they gave it back. My only complaint is that my Radar Detectors part that holds it onto the windshield is missing. Other than that they did a great job.

Right away when you walk in you know this place is different. Clean, professional, helpful, daily contact during the repair process each time one phase was done and another started (via texts and emails). HIGHLY recommend! My bumpers look like a brand new car!

They set appointments and in return do not honor them. The receptionist and manager of store were very rude. Someone else was responsible for the damages to my vehicle and I was told that I would have to wait an additional 2 months to get my repairs done. While speaking to them both, in the middle of the conversation, they both intentionally rude and ended the calls while I was speaking! I will never attempt to do business with them again!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the quality control really needs some help when a normal person can point out flaws and have it sent back 3 times to get it right something just isnt right they was all a easy fix it was my wifes jeep and if she wouldve brought it home like that it wouldve been even a worst experience I think whoever does the quality control there needs to understand women dont look for the flaws so he needs to work for the customer not the business overall Im happy with the work its like a cashier at a grocery store your quality control person determines your customers last experience of your business thank you Robert Graham

All I can say is WOW. I am disturbed. Out of the three times I’ve had a car here, every single time they never completed a job. Something is ALWAYS wrong. And what they consider customer service is laughable.Edit: before they try to say I’m not a customer like they did the other bad review, this is indeed my car in my parents name and insurance. So was the car before this one.

Car looks really good. They did a good job of communicating the progress of the repair. I gave them four stars because I just picked it up and havent had a chance to see how its going to be a month from now.

You had better make dang sure everything is complete, it everything works, that worked when you dropped your vehicle off. If it doesnt, they will be nice enough to refer you to someone that repairs whatever it is

Joe Hudsons makes sure that you are treated with courtesy & kindness. April was always so sweet. I was given an outline of what to expect during the next few days. The only change from that outline was that Joe Hudsons finished my car in one day instead of two AND they washed my car-it needed a wash. A truly regrettable experience. I was told the car would be completed in less than 6 days but was given that long just in case. In reality, it took nine days. When told the car was ready and after cleaning and quality control inspected the repair, I arrived to find the car had been wiped with just a rag or cloth and water as was evident by the smeared dirt appearance. Also, the presence of tape residue on the rear quarter panel and door itself was quite evident that quality control isnt exactly as good as it sounds. A lack of quality would be a better representation. So after additional time waiting for the car to be ready, it is still dirty. The repaired door now has a hollow sound when closed compared to all other doors. Hindsight being what it is, I would have been better off taking it to the OEM.

Once the insurance company set up the appointment for the adjuster to look at the damage to my car at Joe Hudson, they called me back to set up another appointment to do the repairs...I had to wait over a month to take my car back in for repairs because “they were so busy”. When I took the car in the representative told us it would take about 5 days for the repairs to be completed. They were good about sending text messages with updates telling the phase your car is in for repairs. On the 4th day the text told us that the car was in the final stage. On the 5th day the text said your car is complete and A representative will contact you to come pick your car up. But no one ever called. That was on a Friday. Not getting the call made me wonder if something else was wrong. On Monday after not hearing from them even that day (which was the 8th day) I finally called them to check on it. The receptionist stated that our car was ready on Friday. I explained to her that no one called us and she said she had been out for several days. When I spoke with the manager he said “I could have called you but I didn’t”. No one called me. I had to call myself to find out it was ready! Also...My car had been left outside all weekend UNLOCKED! It could have been stolen...someone could have slept in it...who knows what else! I did not feel that they cared about my car at all! Not very professional! When we looked at the repairs the car was dirty. You would think that they would wash the car before presenting it back to the customer. I thought there were scratches were the repair had been done and swiped my hand over it to feel it and it was dirt that wiped away. I also had paid for extra insurance on the rental car I was driving as to not have to file on my insurance if something happened to the rental car. That was 3 extra days of insurance that I had to pay. The manager at Joe Hudson did reimburse me for those extra 3 days that I paid insurance for since he did not call me on that Friday to pick up my car. But it was a hassle and very unprofessional of this company. Not sure I would recommend them to anyone for repairs after this experience with them!
