Open late which works great for my schedule and the few counter people I deal with are always polite and helpful.

Never had any problems as other reviews say. I have a PO box for years, easy parking, applied for passports, what else do you need? Employees are normal, never had any issue. Nothing to complain about

Nothing wrong with this place. Only problem is higher up management. Perfect example of how Big Gov doesnt work. They post a sign they have different work hours as of April 7th, and since I visited on the 6th, no word about this happening. Show up the next day and they are closed - but nowhere what their new hours are. Nothing is changed on their website. So upon calling numerous times to their local number, I finally get someone to answer and tell me theyre closed till the 20th due to this virus thing. Why not tell me the day before? Maybe they werent told? No planning? Someone updstairs made a lase 2nd change? Problem is, nowhere is this info (web) posted.

I love this location, and have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. Always friendly, and helpful.

Big space, lots of stuff to use such as a scale for customers to use, friendly employees, and always clean. Best part is their extended hours compared to other places! Also a convenient place when I shop at Walmart or the other surrounding stores!

Parking easy and next to door, next to Home Depot, WalMart and Sams Club. Ive always found the people here helpful and relatively quick and have never see a line. Also, location is open an hour later than other nearby locations.

Now im not racist but the black lady that works here had the worst additude ever as well as lazy, just like the Service I received from Melrose Park. its like they are hiring anyone now. how the hell am I supposed to get my package with service like this!

Horrible workers they are the epitome of rude public service workers. Incredibly unhelpful and rude as f$&@. A package is not mail. Who cares?!? Find out where my packages are!
