Joe helped us through every step in switching from another carrier to Verizon. We had some complications from the other carrier and he worked tirelessly to ensure all the phones successfully switched over as well as ensuring we got the best deals and applicable discounts! He stayed in communication with us over the 2 day process and dropped everything to make sure the time sensitive switch happened!
Natalie was wonderful! She took the time to find out what I use my phone for and matched me up with a perfect phone! She was very friendly and easy to talk to! She didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. I would highly recommend you going to see Natalie if you need a new phone!

He was factual, explained things in detail so I fully understood what was being charged and what my options were. I am not tech savvy at all and Tim was patient, took his time explaining the options, demonstrated how they could be used and was not being pushy or attempting to make a sale. I have noticed in the past how he has been able to multi task when the store gets busy, and always with a friendly attitude.
Natalie is always so helpful for my husband & I. We always have quirky things we cant figure out on our devices. She is also helpful with our plan questions.

Everyone is great at this location; very knowledgeable, patient, and nice - a winning combination! I have never had a question or situation that Natalie didnt patiently work through until it was resolved. I recently stopped at a corporate Verizon and they sold me what they said would be the best phone for my situation, at the best price. After researching it on my own, I didnt necessarily agree and returned it without opening it. I stopped at Wireless World and Natalie explained all of my options and researched every possibility for the best deal. I ended up with a better phone for LESS $! AND they transferred all of my data, including texts and apps, which the corporate store wouldnt do. I only stopped at the corporate location because I was near one and I had time, but Ive learned my lesson; it pays to wait!

I appreciated Timothys help today. I was trying to shop online on the Verizon website for the past couple of weeks and it was a miserable experience so I just decided to just go in. Timothy showed me the Samsung phones and was able to share the differences to me in common terms, Im not a techy. He also helped me compare prices and discounts. I walked away with a different phone then the one that was originally on my mind when I went in but it was the best option for me with price and the things I use/need.

Was not sure if they could help being a Verizon wireless world (have been told non corporate stores cannot do as much). There were 3 men working, all were very helpful and showed great customer service! :) Decided to look at a new device brand, questions were answered well with a demo of each item looked at. Sam was very patient with my questions, and quickly assessed what I needed. He showed me the available accessories, and left it at that. I left with what I wanted and a dashboard holder that I hadnt thought about because I was focused on the phone. He found a way to reduce the monthly bill on our family plan. Why cant health care be this clear and efficient? All organizations are only as good as their front line people. Northfield is fortunate to have a Verizon store staffed by a very cool crew.

Was at a tough spot with a phone I still owed money on, but screen was cracked in two spots. Originally went to an actual Verizon store which was a total waste of time. I should have just gone back here right away (I originally bought the phone from here). They can do the same that Verizon company store can, but they actually care about you and your time. SAM M. was great to work with, plus he offered his personal tablet for our kids to watch a movie on so he could help us and we could focus on our best option. Anything phone related they will keep getting our return business, and for consulting on business or personal options SAM was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, I personally recommend him.
Sam came right up to me as I entered the store and asked how he could be of help. We went thru my current bill because I had several questions and concerns. Sam helped me clarify the charges and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Thank you, Sam, for your very professional and excellent service! Great place in my experience. My phone had a software malfunction today and had seen the end of its days. Samuel helped me get it all figured out and situated, new phone being sent in the mail Monday morning because I luckily had insurance on it, and a loaner phone in the meantime for a reasonable and refundable price upon return (originally a 100$ but was told 50$ on the phone so they honored the 50$) No complaints.
I purchased a screen protector today for my Samsung S9. Natalie was very helpful, friendly & professional! She was busy when we walked in but immediately acknowledged our presence by greeting us and letting us know shed be right with us. We always have great service at this location & will continue using this store.

They really take care of you. They dont just brush off your problem and send you off to search Google (even sometimes when the problem really has nothing to do with Verizon). They are friendly and polite and take the time to figure things out with you. They have never tried to up-sell me so far after a few years of working with them but they do explain to me what the range of options are. .
