I had my car in for an auto detailing. When I arrived to pick it up, the Office Manager, Brooke, noticed that some areas in the interior were overlooked. She apologized and offered a discount in the overall charge. I appreciated that she checked my car before I paid, she was meticulous in her assessment and her honesty and professionalism in acknowledging that some areas were missed.

Disappointed. When they changed my oil they installed a new oil plug. A couple days later I notice my car was leaking a lot of oil. Took it back to get fixed and brought my own oil plug for them to install. They wanted me to pay for the $14 for the quart of oil they had to add back in. I told them I didnt think that was appropriate so I was able to talk them out of making me pay for that. I also asked for a refund on the bad oil plug they sold me and they wouldnt offer that. I was sold a bad part causing a bad oil leak and then I was expected to pay for the bad part and to refill the oil reservoir. This made me lose all trust in this business.

Oil tech ( with 30yrs experience ) installed the filter on 2014 Camry incorrectly. Over-tightened the filter crushing the seal, didnt check to make sure it was sealed correctly after the oil change. Wife drove car home and the engine lost oil pressure. They towed car back to the shop, filled it with oil put new filter on and brought the car back. Discussed it with shop owner who said when they got it he car had plenty of oil in it and should be OK. One week checked the oil level, its low again. Now adding oil every 14 days. Had success with them in the past, but sure cant recommend / certainly wont be back.

Went in looking at all terrain tires. Discussed all terrain tires and was quoted for the same. Requested a different brand, dropped off vehicle, and when I picked it up, the tires, which I expected to be all terrain, since thats what we discussed, were in fact, highway tread tires. NOT what I wanted. I never discussed highway, only all terrain, so why would I expect highway just because I wanted a different brand? Obviously they dont know what they are selling. Wont be back.

I got stranded when my car wouldnt start. Called Valley Autohaus, they said they can be there to jumpstart car in 15-20 mins (this was very close in town), and a friendly and capable service guy showed up. Unfortunately, my car still wouldnt start; so they went through all the necessary steps to help me out: quoting, towing car to my dealership, giving me choices of what my options were and explaining them, and working with my car insurance.I would highly recommend this place for service and will certainly consider it for my future car needs. I found the communication to be very down to earth and straightforward.

My axle broke, and I got towed to Valley Autohaus. The next day they examined my car, let me know they needed to get the right part in order to fix it. Then they went above and beyond by finding the part at a really good price. I really appreciated that! And then, even though I was out of town, they communicated with me clearly and consistently about my cars status.

Had the body shop remove a dent and scratch. Came out so well I couldnt even tell where the damage was at before they fixed it.

I had got stuck in the ditch and needed a tow. The service was really good. The driver called me for precise directions and told me when he would be arriving. He came on time and did a really good job at getting me towed out of the ditch on a busy freeway. Thank you for such good costumer service.

The nicest, most polite tow company Ive ever seen. These folks were courteous and were able to service my vehicle the Sunday before Christmas Eve on a very cold night. They were very understanding and very accommodating of my needs. I live four hours from Northfield and they were able to guide me through some of the woes which came from being so far from home. I have only positive things to say about these guys and will be sure to remember their gracious attitude. Mary Christmas indeed.

We hit a deer last night. We have AAA, we attempted to call them 4 times and finally waited to have them call back. The cop called Autohaus for us because they accepted AAA. The driver came within a few minutes after 10 on a Friday night. He called his AAA number and even though he had to wait 25 minutes he took care of it all, and towed it to Autohaus, until insurance company is contacted. Even though driver was extremely busy, he took the extra time to help us out as we are not local.

I wouldnt call them cuz they wont be in office to go and pull you out of the ditch or jump start your car.The tow truck driver was rude and not very polite to me. Never again would I use this service.

Found I had a flat tire on our Subaru just half an hour before a gig at Carleton. I knew I was going to have to load up the car after the gig and drive back to the Cities at oh-dark-thirty. Nightmare. Didnt have time to deal with it. A friend said, Call Valley Autohaus. They were out to the car in 10 minutes. Super friendly. Patched the tire in no time. Fifty bucks. My savior! Very friendly, good service, and good prices. They even pulled me out of the snow at the entrance when I got stuck coming in for new tires. The inside is a bit dirty, but its a car shop, what do you expect? There are koi fish inside which are good for keeping the kids occupied while waiting.

They dropped my car off the tow truck, didnt say sorry and had the nerve to blame me for it cause there was a donut that went flat which is why I was having it towed! Yelled at me, yelled about how much he hated his job and made me feel nervous he might do more damage or even come at me if I said anything so I didnt say a word! Never again will I use them and would never recommend then to anyone even!

I dropped my car off on a Monday and got a call back that Wednesday morning saying they had ordered the necessary part and it would be done by the end of the day Thursday. Thursday rolled around and I got a call saying their employee didnt show up to work and it would be done Friday. When I got a call at the end of the day Friday I thought I was in business but instead they said the part had not come in and it was not going to get done until after the weekend.I really needed my car by that weekend because my parents were in town. Instead they came off as not caring and seemed to be creating a lot of excuses that didnt fit together. There were no apologies made by their service team and I paid full cost. Would NOT recommend.

I used Valley Autohaus twice in the month of Feb2014. The first time to take my car to the mechanics at CarTime (dead battery) and the second time to pull my wifes car out of the ditch. They were referred to me by one of the managers at CarTime. The drivers were very professional and the price was reasonable. The tow truck driver was very nice to my wife and drove behind her 3-4 miles to make sure she did not go off the road again on her way back to Northfield.

Valley Autohaus used to be great until a change in ownership. I now go to Witt Bros.
