David was highly professional and his work was definitely excellent!!

I hired David Zwirn to videotape a performance of mine and he did not follow my request to record a wide shot of the entire stage during my show that would include the visual effects that were going on behind me. I was very specific and clear about this direction and the fact that I did not want any closeups. Instead David took his own liberties and zoomed in for several closeups. He very rarely took wide enough shots to include the visual effects of my show that I needed. This was a one time performance and the video I hoped to get from David was going to be submitted to agents for future work. Unfortunately what I got from David was a video with closeups that are very unflattering and you can rarely see anything else onstage aside from my upper body. David didnt offer a refund or an apology either. He offered only ONE hour of his time to help me edit the video but that doesnt help with whats missing from my footage... you cannot put back what was left out! I will say however, that the quality of the footage is very clear and high def.
