I can only comment on the jewelry theft prevention system/ Smart shelf, that I purchased. Complete and total waste of money ! All of the You Tube videos, showing the product, are complete BS and fake propaganda. Zero customer support with anything related to useful information. When I asked how to mount the antennas, ( via email because you will never get anyone on the phone) they sent me 2 - stick figures on a blank page, and no explanation. Complete misinformation and false promises, throughout the whole process. Do not fall for the videos of grandeur, they are all smoke and mirrors. And the software is completely useless, and poorly written. I hope this will help protect anyone who is considering making a very costly investment. It is very obvious to everyone on google, that you have less than 5 positive reviews for the jewelry theft prevention system.That says it all !
