Had green water, purchased over $275.00 in chemicals from pool places all over my area, nothing worked, water went from green to a white milk color. Friend of mine lives in NB, told me to see Northbridge Pools, met with the owner, in 10 mins she had me out the door, with $9.00 worth of chemicals. In 24 hours pool was crystal clear, been driving over an hour each way for 12 years now. Very rare find in pool service industry, a mom/pop store, where both mom/pop & the rest of the family are pool experts! Had it not been for Northbridge Pools, I would have filled in the pool years ago.

Tried this place twice. Last year asked for an estimate on a cover, made an appointment. Never showed up, never called. This year had a leak, person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. Never again.

Amy has been nothing less than awesome in helping us each year. Northbridge installed our pool over 6 years ago and with each years pool problem shes been great in helping not only fixing the problem but educating me/my family to avoid said issue at a later time. Weve learned that pool supplies that are cheaper elsewhere arent necessarily the best and Northbridge helped us fix the problem yet again but this time financially we were strapped and Northbridge (Amy actually) gave us parts for free to help out. Class act and grateful of small business such as Northbridge

Amy and her husband are very knowledgeable about pools and have helped me for years with keeping my pool looking good and working right. They have great products that trump what big box stores provide. I highly recommend.

Very helpful staff. Prices maybe a little high but I think every pool store is like that... Not gonna knock a star off for a place trying to turn a profit.
