So hard to get a hold of anyone. Called every day for 6 days.No response back to the 2 voicemails that I left.Oh well......

Jim was friendly and helpful. He came to tow our van but was able to fix our spare and save us the hassle. Appreciated his positive attitude and advice.

My warranty arranged for this company to tow our vehicle. They were supposed to arrive around 3pm. At 4:30, I called the company directly and they gave me a 30 min ETA (never asked my location, so not sure how they were so sure). At 6, still nothing. I call again and phone went to busy tone. Finally called my warranty. The warranty agency reached out to this company who said they cancelled my tow, yet they informed no one. Incredibility disappointing. Beware of this company.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I was recommended to this towing company by my insurance and it was a horrible experience. Took over 2 hours upon arrival, the guy who towed my vehicle was unprofessional and clearly not a people’s person. He almost had a accident in his tow truck with my vehicle on the back of it. Run far away from this towing company. If I could I would give zero stars.

Contracted for tow through insurance provider. Given 2 hour ETA. No call no pickup for an hour after designated time. Judging by other reviews this is the norm. If anyone tries to schedule you with them cancel service and request another company.

Its called twice towing because you gotta call more than twice and they still dont show up lmaoo. Seriously though definitely do not recommend at all. Now get to drive behind a car without power steering to try to make it to the shop ourselvess. Grrrreattttt

State farm arranged for my car to be towed at 3pm today by twice towing. I called them around 4:30pm and they said they would be there soon. It is now 7:31pm, I would not recommend.

Had to have a vehicle towed to a dealer from the CMU campus during these covid times. Although it took them an hour to get here after we placed the order - we were in no hurry and it was also peak traffic hour, our daughter who was with the car felt safe with the pleasant and professional nature of the tower Mr James Murrin.

This company was hired through Jim Shorkey Jeep to tow my car. They quoted me a pick up at 7:57pm which was a 2 hour window. I spoke with a man once confirming the location. They never showed up. I called a half hour after the given pick up time and my call was never answered or returned. Would never recommend this company.

They never showed up. Said they were coming. I was on the side of the road for 4 hours.

Dont use this company period!! They will tell you that theyll be to you in 2 hrs & then show up 8 hrs later!! Theyve burned me 2x!! They gave me an ETA of 2 hrs from 10:30am this morning & its now 3:40pm & no one has came. Then they have the nerve to send me a cancellation text. I called them at 12:40 & the guy told me I still had an hr wait & then I called back at 2:15pm & he told me he was leaving out from Monroeville & he would be to my house in 35 mins & its now 3:40p & they text me theyre not coming. Theyre very unprofessional & I have lost out on a whole days work, waiting for them!!!

Got into an accident and the driver was so great! He got there in good timing! He was literally the best tow guy a girl could ask for haha! I would recommend them to EVERYONE! So greatful for Twice’s Tow!!!

My car broke down suddenly with my wife and 4 month old in the car and twices towing was luckily driving by. The driver was on his way home but still stopped and helped me out with a tow immediately! Couldnt be more thankful for the help during the holiday weekend! Thank you!

Contacted them at 9pm, said they would be 90-120 minutes, at 11:23 I was able to reach him again and said he was on his way from a location 30 min away. Never showed up and never responded to any other messages, left me in a dark parking lot until 4am. Dont call these guys if you need a tow!

Awful customer service... stuck w my daughters in an emergency situation. Waited over an hr called to verify was told they werent coming either way then got hung up on.In response to yours... i call bs! You never once advised you wouldnt have gotten paid they contracted you....we waited over 60 mins. When i called you were nothing but rude. Customer service doesnt exist w you. We also never discussed transporting me and my daughters just my vehicle. I wouldnt have gotten in your truck....you honestly should be ashamed on how you do business!

Scheduled a tow and waited over 2.5 hours. Just to have them completely cancel with no reason given.

Called Jim set an appointment 24 hrs in advance. Never showed and wouldn’t answer his phone

Gave me an ETA of 90 minutes -- then canceled on me in the last 10 minutes. Refused to pick up the phone when I tried to call them and figure out what happened.

Came at ETA which is all you can ask!!
