Giovanni is a very friendly. I have been here amd have done alot of business with them. He is by far the best, friendliest and faireat of all the employees who i have worked with here. And ive dealt with about 4 other workers. He definitely works with you on a giving you the best deal and will even meet you in the middle on deals... By far his customer service is beyond most in all lines of customer service industry workers.

First off Nick the owner is a nice guy and fair ive been dealing with him for years always been fair with me !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Second Gio the front end manager is always and friendly and nice with the customers im in there every day!!!!!! Eliajah the guy who works on weekends is the same treat you with respect i like both of them!!!! Then Jen who works in the office everytime i see her shes just as friendly always have a pretty smile on her face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then comes Kyle who handles the ebay stuff hes funny as well !!!!!!!!!!!! Anything you need or want see Gio hes there monday through friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude employees refuse to sell items and items they do sell are broken and waste your time just to bring them back and then they give you a problem when you bring them back theyre broke items..... would not recommend to no one

Went into the store today seen an add on fb flea market they had 32 inch TVs for 30$. Went in no 30dollar TVs. Told them what I was willing to spend brought out two no named TVs: kick is a little sticker on the back that said the persons name and I guess how much they pawned the tv for. Which what I was willing to pay in the first place. Asked if they would take a brand new outter box still in package for I phone 8 plus. Offered me 10 bucks yeah so you can resale it for double. The final straw was when the guy says I gotta make money. Yeah when you sound like rick from pawn stars I’m done. Went to another shop got a great tv that was clean and a name brand.
