They broke my window twice. I was to pick up the glass on Wednesday. I called they would not return my calls. I would give them zero sty if I could. Least professional service I have ever received.

Bought a car from them they scratch up my roof sunroof still don’t work after they put in three still leaks water! Electric mess up took my car to get the ac and couple other things done got my car back with my electric flashing on n off why I drive! Refuse to fix it after I have text messages with him saying he would fix it I took it to him he put a different radio in it called me I came and got it only to find out the electric flashes even more. Moving on …. They put my car up o on the frame to put my rims on n bent my frame! This the third battery I’m in in less then a year ! Just had suspicion work done less then 4 months ago…. Now at new shop getting a full hole suspension on !!! Just got a water pump gasket temperature gage belt harmonic balancer on it … not even started on wat I need . I WOULD NOT SAY THIS PLACE DOES GOOD WORK AT !!! Run far away ! They will tell u that there staff won’t say they. Mess ur car up so if they don’t feel like fixing wat they mess up they won’t …

I literally cant thank this place enough for getting my car in last minute the day before Thanksgiving after having a tire blow out. This place is in it for the right reasons. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

My car was not fixed by the company but still charged me to much money and I still had to have my car towed to another place to be fixed correctly.

So unprofessional ! Made an appointment last week get there before my scheduled time just for the woman to tell me she could not take me at all because she was shorthanded. i did not get a phone call or anything telling me this!! I was told once i got to the appointment. I would NEVER take my vehicle there!!

Place is a mess. Prices are good. Work not so good. I used to think the place was good. They have gone way down hill. Had to have allot of the work they did redone by a good mechanic. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ive been going to Discount Auto Glass for a few years now for tire service only. I get pretty good deals on tires and they have sales such as 4 used tires for $100 including install, which is nice if you just need something quick to pass inspection or are short on cash. I always deal with the guy I like to call Bama hes this cool brother from the south who has good customer service skills there. I get treated nice and Im female. The only down fall is that its greasy up in the waiting area. Literally everything is black with grease and soot from the carpet to the walls.....including the knowledgeable mechanics ( it needs a womans touch...) and they only take cash which is a bummer in an emergency situation. I really like this place though and wont go anywhere else for my tire services.

Had a good experience the first time. The second time it took an hour and a half to replace 2 tires and we were the only ones there. Less than a week later, my tire went flat. Turns out that not only did they not clean the rubber from old tire off rim so that it would seal, they also broke the valve and my tire sensor. I had to pay someone else to rerim it because I would never take it back here. No wonder they shut the door so we couldnt see what they were doing. Management should reexamine their employees. For a little more than the 117$ we paid for mediocre used tires I could have gotten new ones. Be careful here.

The guy was really nice aside from that.. they inspected my vehicle. I paid 50$ for a light that they told me had to be ordered 3 months later they still did not have. Never actually received the light. Replaced a tire that went flat 3 days after i got it back .. They didnt have my tire size so they put on wrong size told me return in 2 days .. 2 months after calling and stopping by weekly finally got the right size . The a.c. wasnt working in the van, i was told it was a 400$ part that needed replace. Needless to say I went to Oakmont Automotive and found out my a.c. wasnt broke someone unplugged it ! Dont recommend this place unless you want ripped off and problems with your vehicle you didnt have beforehand.

They replaced my front brakes and rotors and did my inspection. I was happy I didnt get ripped off. The price was very reasonable and they were fair. They got me in the next day after I called. 👍

Took my car there to get 4 used tires last week..they said the balance machine was broke.so I took it to another place and got my wheels balanced and he said I have 2 really bad back tires.so I took it back and told them about it.waited 2 hrs to get 2 replacement tires.who the hell would sell you bad tires.im filing a lawsuit....they are nothing but rip offs..

Tim and the guys and gary do solid work for good pricing. They are very professional,After my brakes failed in munhall and I had to get my car towed, because they left the calibur pin out to save time doing another job which was the control arm Ill leave two stars because they got me back on the road in dangerous conditions, it was like I was driving on ice could not stop my car.

They charged me $47.80 to change my flat tire on February 9th. I asked for them to replace the flat tire with my new tire stored in my trunk. Not only did they steal my brand new tire from out of my trunk, the used tire they replaced it with is rotted as of today .I only discovered this after coming to get tires put on and informing the company I went with that I would only need 3 because i just had a brand new tire put on in February. He said there is no possible way ANY of my tires were new.I called the company speaking with the owner Tim to inform him of the way they scammed me and he said there is nothing he could do because he doesnt know me or know that Im telling the truth.I asked him, how much does he charge to change a tire ? He said, $10. I told him my brand new tire was removed from my trunk and I have a receipt that says otherwise. My receipt that I havent looked at until now looks as if I purchased a used tire. & even if that was case how could it be rot in less 90 days? & where is my brand new tire that removed from my trunk :-(He said he had no way of proving what I said was true. #ShadyBusiness be careful !

Bought a car off them 2018 was supposed to fix some sensors in it the week after purchasing. A year later I went down an they told me it will cost me $200. Why do I need to pay for something that kept getting pushed to the side An was supposed to be fixed when I purchased the car to begin with. Needless to say took my car somewhere else and found out my sensors were unplugged. This whole place is a SCAM !!!!!

He fix your stuff poorly i for my ride fix and he caused a different problem i asked for him to fix it he’s saying he got a charger terrible

Took my truck here to get a hub replacement it cost a little over 400 maybe more the car continue to make the same noise after they claim that they fixed it took it back to them they claim they replaced it Again it’s still had the same noise went back because of the noise and Because the ABS light was on and they told me that something was completely wrong with the ABS system and that I would need to get it fixed by Buick took it to another auto place they told me that the ABs wires were completely cut due to whoever put on the hubs it was a complete waste of time completely completely disgusted that I wasted 400 for it to not get fixed properly I will never go back I will be posting a picture of this so called new hub they put on my truck btw I paid to have new ones put on not a use one

Went there for a bad alternator was charged 400 for that on top of that i had a brand new battery in my car they took it and gave me a old junkie one my battery is located behide wheel well did not notice until my car needed a jump called the owner and he cussed at me was very rude and basically called me a liar dont go there they will rip u off for sure for tires go to mosers on 40 u get way better deals

My husband bought a car from them February 4th 2019 he paid 1800 dollars for a 2001 Chevy blazer that wasn’t even working the guy told my husband that the computer chip was locked and his car would be ready the next day but it wasn’t so my husband called again and asked if his car was ready the guy to him no then come to find out the guy impounded my husbands car without even telling him so I personally think this guy is a rip off and the place is a scam to get money off people
