Nice workers. Clean store. Was looking for kitchen cabinets which they did not sell.

I absolutely love goecker/true value!! Ive been a customer for six years now and have not ran into customer relations issues, or more than one is two product issues. Thats pretty amazing when I think of how many bad days Ive had in the past six years! Lol

Mom & Pops store. The help was not particularly informed or motivated. Pricing fairly high if you are used to the Lowes, H.Depot stores. Ive left there without what I was looking for more times than Ive left satisfied. The do have the odd hard to find items, cleaning products, to be specific. I had luck with the Zep brand before it became more widely marketed. Im really about to lower my rating by 1 star after writing this but hoorah for local biz n the Mom & Pops that remain.

They are the only hardware and lumber available in North Vernon. Do not expect friendly or competitive pricing because they are neither. If you need a lot, Polley Building Supply in Seymour is well worth the drive.
