Excellent customer service and install done today. Had my new Ford Expedition Get a left foot accelerator (right leg amputee). Frank was great at getting me the information I needed and Debbie was awesome and fast at getting the needed insurance approval. Definitely will be going here for all my vehicle modifications from here on out!

Great customer service. Staff are pleasant and very knowledgeable. I rented vans many times so I could take my mom out and they were always clean and well maintained. They recently helped us through the process of researching ways to update our own van. We decided on a person lift which Van City installed. The lift has given my mom her freedom back and made a huge difference to her quality of life!

I have used this company for 10 years never ever had any issues until my last rental I had the rental all weekend I was never able to use it could not fit between the seats in my wheelchair measure make sure that you will be able to fit like I said 10 years never had any issues Vancity will take care of you

Great customer service!

Terrible to deal with they put charges on my c.c without my knowledge... tried to bill me for labor they didnt do.

Contacted them 3 times for a ramp rental (until we could get a permanent one) or to purchase a 12 ramp with platform. Each time they said they would call me back and never did. I finally stopped in to get an estimate and it seemed like it was an inconvenience. I took my 3k elsewhere.
