Informed delivery fails AND PROBLEMS WITH RECEIVING OUR MAIL ON SATURDAYS

I wasnt sure what the new price would be for shipping a small package (smaller than a box of Russel stovers chocolate)but I thought it would be less than $16 + the $5 I had to spend on tape.and the staff were not helpful and in a hurry

The building is old and has amazing architecture. Service is usually quick.

Lady with the short hair at the front desk is so rude ... Mails not being sent to my house an she tells me nothings wrong with a poor attitude. She did nothing to help me or fix the problem . Literally the most worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life and she needs to be removed

This post office deserves and F in Performance,,,, the staff always makes big mistakes with processing any mail, the staff is the most careless and make errors with the most simple tasks for processing out Federal Mail! The lack of care and efficiency with the most simple tasks is completely unacceptable an can cause jeopardy to mail going out... Some of the front clerks are just careless and rude! There have been multiple visits and errors from this post office prior to writing this,,,,, a simple tasks as this goes to certified (to a court) is not done properly, they have billed, adding postage for mail that was never given to them. The gross mistakes are unacceptable. The staff is not very smart apparently, can not get the smallest most easy tasks right...

Fantastic experience! I personally worked with Don, he was amazingly helpful, patient, and kind! Made what I thought would be a stressful experience of mailing holiday gifts absolutely smooth sailing! Thank you! And while just standing in line, I could tell all the other associates were great as well!

Lost packages, clueless back room staff with no answers, rude and pretentious front counter staff. We go 3 towns over and get exceptional service every time.

I work in an industrial park and the mail does not get delivered properly. Certified letters he waits until Saturday when were closed to delivered so he doesnt have to come in. takes letters back saying couldnt be signed for to pick up at office. Also have had several packages say delivered and have never received them. Our mailman dresses and looks like a slob.

My package was dropped off at the wrong house, i get other peoples mail all the time. nobody pays attention to the address or the envelope apparently. when i tried calling them to get the issue fixed, the mail carrier on the phone was rude and denied bringing my package to the wrong house,. i recommend just calling the nys post master because this place cant seem to get it right. when you mess up the mail since august 2017. you know they arent doing their jobs properly

Since may my rent has not made it to management . Everytime I mail.it physically by their people they can never find it or they come up with poor excuse. I am.not going to loose my apartment because people dont know what their doing in their. No worries Im sure the better business bureau would love to hear how unprofessional tbey are losing peoples mail .

They deserve 0 stars! I always get other peoples mail in my mailbox all the time. But my main issue is with my packages there has been many times that i have not recieved them and when i track the package it says it was delivered in my mailbox which is a locked mail box so no one can open it besides me or the mailman and my package is not there. So now this time i ordered a bday gift which was a personalized wallet that cost $50 and it is not in my mailbox which it says it was delivered at. Its pretty sad and very frustrating that i cant get my mailed delivered correctly or at all. Their mail carriers suck and dont care about their job at all! Get people that can do their job right this is not fair to me or others that are having these problems according to all these bad reviews ive read with the same problems!!!!! Also ive already wrote a complaint on their website about my mailcarrier and obviously that still hasnt fixed the problem!

We get great service from our carrier as well as the counter people

The NT PO is a beautiful old Gothic Revival building from the 19th century, but its unfortunately very inconvenient for handicapped customers to utilize. I now use a cane even though Im years from being a senior citizen (due to 25 yrs worth of arthritis and a very bad back) and have difficulty in walking long distances (more than 40 ft) without a rest, and there are no welcoming random benches sitting around. Theres no off-street parking, and its sometimes impossible to find a space on the street thats close enough for people like me, who are still vertical but have a mobility issue. Theres an imposing flight of high stone stairs to climb to the main entrance, which is also an issue for me, and they can be treacherous in wet or snowy weather, especially using a cane. There is a handicapped ramp, but since there are no signs indicating its existence, its very easy to miss. Unfortunately, its located on the side on the building in the employee-only parking lot, so again, you have to hunt for street parking and walk a long distance to access it, then take the elevator up to the main concourse, then do it in reverse to leave. Too tiring for me; I guess its OK for someone being pushed in a wheelchair by an able-bodied person. The old-fashioned doors are narrow and very heavy to push/pull open. I loved going there before I became disabled because its such a great old building and never did I encounter a crabby clerk, even near Christmas when there were long lines of people with packages. I keep driving past it and go on to the City of Tonawanda PO because it has off-street parking, a convenient handicapped entrance, and only four steps to climb to the main entrance. Alas, the NT PO was built back when parking cars wasnt an issue. Theres simply no room for parking expansion because its surrounded by streets on two sides and houses on the other two sides. If I could park by the ramp, Id still go there. Recommended for architectural aficianados!

I was expecting a package from Amazon. The package was never delivered because the carrier did not have access to the building, which is secure. First, this is nonsense as mail is delivered on Saturday so the carrier must have the building access code. Second, I was home all day and no one rang my apartment. Bottom line is that the USPS carriers, unlike UPS, will not go out of their way to fulfill a delivery. Everytime I have a delivery problem it is always USPS. I wish I could opt out of any delivery from USPS!!!

Always had a good experience with the postal service. If I needed tape there were always some available for purchase.

Went to the wrong location, 100% my bad should of went to ups for my phone return. All I was looking for was a piece of tape to secure the return box which was small (cellphone) that they wouldnt take and the response was Im sure they have that there. Yep was denied a piece of tape lol.

Someone is stealing our mail. Tracking says its delivered and we have never received the packages. Some of it is work related, other stuff is purchases.

Was told our mail can only be on hold for 10 days.. but yet it clearly states it can be held up to 30 days on the yellow form. We keep receiving other peoples mail and sometimes our mail is put into neighbors mailboxes. We have reported this problem several times.

SUPERVISOR AT THIS LOCATION WAS EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL INSTEAD OF BEING ABLE TO HELP. EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM AND HE WAS STILL VERY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE, CALLED BACK AND HE WOULD PICK UP AND HANG UP. WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD FOR THIS POS.
