Returned my call before I could finish leaving a voicemail. Incredibly knowledgeable and were genuinely happy to help. Came the next day and got started right away with trapping my unwelcome skunk. Jason was the unfortunate man to take on the smelly task and was informative and kind. He made me comfortable with everything that he was doing, had back up plans in case trapping wasnt the right route and has stayed the course. He arrived when he said he would on the first appointment and has been true to his word with keeping up with this process. It is a process and as much as we all want immediate results these are wild animals and do things on their terms. I cant say enough good things about my experience with this company and with Jason himself, while the skunk has decided she doesnt want to leave yet Jason hasnt either. Hes working diligently and kindly towards me and the animal. The care to ensure the animal isnt harmed is welcome and just another way this company is one that I cant recommend highly enough. Look no further for your wildlife removal needs. Youll not find anyone that can do better or with more care.

I called for information. Made an appointment to have ants removed from my garage. m I saw wood shavings on the ground from above rafters. Area inside and outside garage sprayed. Outside my house was also sprayed. After a few days I began too see dead ants. Very happy with the service.

They do a great job, was bothered with bees spiders etc and haven’t had a problem since I have them spraying, very pleased, great to deal with

I was told I needed a wildlife expert to remove a squirrel and check for a nest before I closed up a hole near the roof of my house. Jason came and put up a trap, but did nothing about the adolescent Squirrels still inside (which we were not aware of at the time). Ive since been told by the guy repairing the holes, that the nest was clearly visible and the 4 dead Squirrels were probably close to being independent. After Jason closed off the entrance, the mother frantically chewed 2 more holes (to get to her babies). Jason would just return and seal each new hole. After 10 days he finally trapped the mother, sealed up the hole with mesh and left the nest of dead babies inside.

Great service!! Called back minutes after I submitted a request on line for a quote.Patiently listened to my failed attempts in trying eliminate the yellow jackets from my foundation block.They scheduled my appointment for the next day.Arrived on time and were very through. Treated the entry area of the hornets and then treated high and low all around the house.I’m very happy to have found Pathfinders Pest Control with the added bonus they are a local business for me in North Tonawanda.
