This is an amazing place to take your vehicle. I came in for an oil change and a safety issue was spotted by the technician. I was contacted with a very reasonable price and thoroughly explained the issue and asked if I was hearing noise from my vehicle when I hit bumps. The answer was yes. Needless to say, my vehicle is back in working condition and more importantly, my spouse can feel more comfortable riding in the vehicle. I once had a newer model vehicle that I only took to the dealership and with every oil change they would find something that needed to be repaired or replaced with labor costs of $150 an hour. You will not experience these issues at EZ Tire and Auto. If something is wrong, they’ll let you know and if your vehicle has come to the end of it’s life, go test drive a few vehicles and I’m sure you’ll find something at a reasonable price. I do understand that all reviews won’t be perfect, because humans are not perfect and all are not truthful either. I’m sorry that some of the negative reviews are actually pointed at the wrong business. 5 stars in my opinion every time!

Eric and the rest of the crew here have always done a great job for me. I bought my Infiniti here and Ive taken it here several times for any repairs or maintenance its needed. I have always received a phone call informing me of what the issues are and what it will cost before starting any work, which gives me peace of mind. The pandemic has taken its toll on everyone and Ive been hit financially, but Eric and the team have done well to accommodate me in these times and keep me out of debt. I would definitely say theyre prices are fair and work is top notch.

EZ Tire & Auto has worked it’s way up by starting and continuing excellent work and excellent customer service skills. Nice clean waiting room and they even have some nice cars for sale on the lot. Appointment reminders with confirmations. I would recommend anyone to go there. Something tells me that they will be needing a bigger location soon, due to their great services available.

Very happy with the price & quality of service I received at EZ Tire. I am very particular about my lifted truck with custom wheels and they got me into a new set of tires, wheels still flawless. Will definitely be recommending to my friends with aftermarket wheels.

This place is gonna rip you off completely. Theyve done two projects on my car $2300 later, they say another $1,000. Its ridiculous.

AWFUL PLACE!!!! I bought a car from here and the first day off the lot issue. Then few weeks after that issue after issue after issue after issue. This place is awful never bring your car here never get if fixed here they are not good!!! There used cars are a joke they don’t even look at them mechanically before they sell or give it to you! 1 star terrible really bad!Update: They Say I messed up I am reviewing EZ Tire and Auto not EZ Auto. They sold me a car 1 year ago and the car was a hunk of junk day one issues and many more for the whole year. Never ever buy a car or get your car fixed here they are a joke of a mechanic.

Slander would be correct if the information I provided was false, but it happens to be very true. So no slander. He did threaten to sue me for slander through text though, but never went through with it for the obvious reason that he would lose.

We had what I believe was a fluke type situation with our gas gauge, and to make a long story short Eric was more than willing to have the problem fixed. He even went so far as to put it in writing Incase the situation came back up. This is why they have the rating they do, I truly believe that Eric values his business and his name, which in turn translates to valuing his customers. Thankful they arent like other places, where you drive away and if theres an issue that dealership will give you the run-around until they claim its too late for them to have to fix it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I have taken our cars here for a while. My 2006 Jeep Commander engine light was coming on and etc. So we had our Jeep looked at. Our truck stayed there for 5 days and my husband paid him over $100.00 just to look at it. We live in Niagara Falls. Well my 2 kids 4 and 6 yrs old plus my husband go to pick up the Jeep. It had 180,000 and would cost us 5K for a new engine. So we decided to just take it home. I go to start my Jeep and it WOULD NOT START. My 6 year old son was crying because he thought the Jeep was stuck there forever.I own the Jeep and was really MAD! Come to find out the back passanger door on the right side was left open. AND all the lights in the car were left on. The people at the garage TOTALLY drained our battery and it would not start. They put the receipt in my car but didnt bother to shut the door! The kids, my husband and I went to Autozone to buy jumper cables for $25.00. We have a Nissan Rogue and it unfortunately was not powerful enough to start it. So we left the Jeep there ALL weekend. My husband calls this company AND they would only jump start it that is it. My husband had to call them because Eric never bothered to call us back. No offer to decrease the bill for $100 plus. My husband and I will NEVER EVER go to this automotive place ever again! I would have gone to Goodyear if I knew this is how our family would be treated! Unacceptable customer service! I have owned vehicles since I was 16 for 25 years and have never ran into this in NYS or California. Eric just lost life long family customers!

Fantastic shop. Very professional in appearance and efficient with service. I made an appointment to get my muffler fixed and was done in less time than they quoted me. They also saved me nearly $300 compared to a muffler shop. I highly recommend this place, it was my first time there and Ill be going back from now on for all my repairs.

My rear brakes and rotors went on my car. Eric got me in the next morning and had brakes done in few hours. Great service and very reasonable. It would have cost me an additional 150.00 if I had done at dealership. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone.

Been going to EZ Tire & Auto for about 9 years now and not once have I ever had a problem with their service, rates, or work completed. Most recently I took my car in for an inspection and knew I was going to need tires. These guys were able to find me a matching set of grade A used tires for nearly a quarter of the cost had I purchased them new. These tires have plenty of tread left on them (more than three quarters) and after testing them out in the rain and snow, they well exceed my expectations of used tires, and made a night and day difference compared to what was on my car. This is the go to place for tire and auto repair needs!

Egh. Not the best place. Prices are so so... New tires, and aliment.. Had more problems after my alignment then I did before the work. Sway bar link was just dangling behind my tire not sure how they didnt notice that. Also I never had a sway bar issue before, as I change my own breaks and rotors and it was fine before hand.

I have been going to EZ TIRE for years. Eric and his staff have bailed me out in a pinch so many times! Also fast, affordable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone I know! Thanks Eric and company...a mechanic we can TRUST is worth its weight in gold!

Had to cancel a NYS inspection hours before my appointment after getting tied up at work. They had me scheduled two days later at the same time for my convenience and it was in-and-out. Im the type to shop around because prices can very by so much with mechanics. This place is the cheapest Ive found for multiple issues. Works always been done right with no problems every time Ive been there. And the 4 used tires I got that looked brand new brand new for a truck for around 200 was the cherry...i still shop around a bit but always end up there, I might give up that practice...workers all seem to be honest guys too
