I have been a Q Auto Service Centers customer for more than 3 years and have always received EXCELLENT service. I had both of my Audis serviced here. Besides regular maintenance, among the things I can remember, Q Auto Service installed ceramic brakes, fixed an issue I had with the coolant, and installed new tires. The entire staff is very friendly and Quincy has always provided honest & professional work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Quincy is an honest, professional and will steer you in the right direction.A few times I thought my vehicles needed an expensive repair, and he said it didn’t. It was a much cheaper issue that he fixed. How many mechanics do you know that will do that?I’ll never go anywhere else while I am living here.

I work next door, and having Quincys shop so close is perhaps the best perk of my job. I take my classic BMW here, my regular cars here, and even our work trucks get serviced here. Quincy and his mechanics are all incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and their prices are more than fair. These guys can fix anything and they enjoy doing it.

Q auto service has been my go to for decent and honest car repair for the past 5 years. The owner takes pride in providing a high quality service and non sense advise when servicing a car. they dont try to up sell you on anything and they are honest, hard working, professional and friendly .the shop has the latest diagnostic tools and they are very capable and always busy. service is always on time and the prices are very reasonable.

Quincy continues to do quality work and really puts his heart into my cars. The only issue Ive had is he does get delayed a bit (naturally since he has so many people coming to him). He is a trustworthy guy. Hes done extensive work on my BMW E36 and E39. Ive taken my cars to other shops that are much more popular and known in the NOVA area since my last review, but none of them hold a candle to Qs pricing and honesty. Ultimately, ive come back to him for my cars. Highly recommend this shop if youre looking for a solid job (and have the time for it). I wasnt asked or incentivized to leave this review. Im genuinely satisfied with his service and I believe he deserves this recommendation

I have been using Q Auto Service for the last three years. They took care of my two cars: Subaru Outback and Honda Pilot. During these years, they performed all sorts of work (brake system, muffler, head gaskets, struts & shocks, etc.) and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and cost of service. Specialists at Q Auto know what they do, provide frank advice as to what truly needs replacement/service. Though both of my cars are Japanese, most of the cars serviced at Q Auto are German ones. So I think owners of German cars can take them to Q Auto with no hesitation. I also like that the shop itself is clean and well organized, which makes it pleasant to walk inside when a specialist takes you to your car to explain what the problem is. I will continue using Q Auto for all the needs of my two cars and I hope they will maintain the quality/price balance.

My daughter had an issue with her car that she took to the dealership twice and wasnt properly fixed. One trip to Q auto center and its fixed forever. Highly recommended, very knowledgeable staff.

If you want honest work done for a fair price come here each and every time. In fact, go to the dealer first, then come here and you’ll notice how badly the dealer tries to rip you off. Seriously, this place is worth it.

Two words to start off this review: HONEST WORK. Quincy runs this place and he knows his stuff with BMWs (at least with my E36). Full disclosure: all the work performed on my car i could have done myself, but due to lack of time in my schedule, i had Quincys shop perform the work. Why does this matter? Because once i got my car back, i was capable of checking to see if everything was installed and installed right. My car was in his shop for two weeks, for a hell of alot of work. Once i got the car back, everything was installed properly. No corners were cut. One of his techs, Bouchaib, was VERY thorough and even identified leaks in places that i didnt catch. Id drop by the shop and hed show me exactly where the leak location was. When it comes to this shop, its full transparency with these guys. HONEST WORK, HARD WORK, AND DETAILED WORK. I have no relationship to the owner, i was referred by a family member who also had a good experience. Highly recommend these guys

2 years ago, my car needed a little bit of work, Mr. Q said he could fix up everything that was wrong with my car for $2000 that included, brakes, starter, battery, and some steering parts and A/C. I get back my car very satisfied with the work and how much he said I saved. One thing i noticed though, was my starter would scratch every once in a while when starting. I went back to him to see if that was an issue, he said no, that it will eventually go away. It didnt. Never went away, although the starter was a good starter, the mechanic who installed it obviously had installed it improperly. I started working for Merchants Tire and Auto and became more knowledgable. I take a look at my car and just about every service he did for me, was done improperly and had stopped functioning now such as A/C and now my car doesnt start because of the starter. Stay Away!
